100-ամյա կինը բացահայտել է իր երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը՝ «Օրական 40 ծխախոտ և մուրաբա»

NYP-ն հաղորդում է, որ իր 100-ամյակը նշող մի կին պնդում է, որ իր անհավանական երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը կայանում է «նարնջի մարմելադի և օրական 40 ծխախոտի մեջ»։
99-ամյա Մարգարետ Հեմը կնշի իր հոբելյանական հարյուրամյակը այս շաբաթ՝ հունիսի 27-ին։ Չնայած օրական 20-40 ծխախոտ ծխելուն, Մարգարետը կառավարում է իր տունը և տեղաշարժվում առանց օգնության։
Նրա 47-ամյա թոռնուհին՝ Ռեյչել Մեթյուզը, ասել է, որ իր տատիկը երբեք ուշադրություն չի դարձրել ծխելու վտանգների մասին բժիշկների նախազգուշացումներին։ Նա նաև ամեն օր խմում է գալոններով թունդ անգլիական Յորքշիրյան թեյ։
«Նա ամբողջ կյանքում օրական 20-40 ծխախոտ է ծխել», - պատմում է Ռեյչելը։ «Նա երբեք չի թողել ծխելը և մոտ ապագայում դա անելու ծրագրեր չունի։ Տատիկը նաև սիրում է ամեն ինչ թունդ և համեղ. նա թեյ է եփում և կաթ է ավելացնում։ Ոչ թե յուղազերծ կաթ, այլ Ջերսիից իսկական լիարժեք յուղայնությամբ կրեմի մասին է խոսքը։
Թոռնուհին անկեղծորեն զարմացած է ավագ սերնդի գենետիկայով։ «Անկեղծ ասած, ես ցնցված եմ։ Նախաճաշին նա միշտ կարագ և մուրաբա է քսում հացի վրա, որի շերտը մոտ 2.5 սմ հաստություն ունի։ Նա ծխում է, բայց գրեթե երբեք ալկոհոլ չի օգտագործել իր կյանքում։
Եվ ահա թե ինչ է դառը հեգնանքը. իմ մայրը՝ նրա դուստրը, ցավոք սրտի մահացավ ընդամենը 52 տարեկանում, երբ նա որոշեց առողջ ապրելակերպ և ֆիթնես վարել։ Տատիկը նայեց դրան և ասաց. «Դե, ես պարզապես կշարունակեմ ապրել իմ կյանքը այնպես, ինչպես ապրել եմ»։
Մարգարետը ծնվել է Բրիստոլում՝ 1926 թվականին, մեծացել է Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի դաժան տարիներին։
«Նա ասում էր, որ բոլոր հարևանները սարսափելի նախանձում էին իրենց օդային ռմբակոծության ապաստարանին, քանի որ այն ամբողջ փողոցի ամենախորն ու ամենամեծն էր», - հիշում է նրա թոռնուհին։ «Տատիկը դեռ հիշում է, թե ինչպես է մի խափանված ռմբակոծիչ թռչել ուղիղ իրենց տան վրայով չափազանց ցածր բարձրության վրա և վթարի ենթարկվել մոտակայքում։ Նա ասում է, որ դա սարսափելի էր»։
18 տարեկանում Մարգարետը միացավ Կանանց օժանդակ ռազմաօդային ուժերին (WAAF), որտեղ նա ծառայեց երկու տարի։ Ավելի ուշ նա տեղափոխվեց Քիլբըրն, հանդիպեց իր ապագա ամուսնուն և ունեցավ երկու երեխա՝ Լինդան և Շեյլան (Ռեյչելի մայրը): Ընտանիքը, ի վերջո, հաստատվեց Բեյզինգսթոքում։
Ծննդյան օրվա պլան՝ խեղդվել բացիկների մեջ
Ռեյչելը ամեն օր այցելում է իր տատիկին, իսկ կիրակի օրերին նրանք միշտ հավաքվում են ընտանեկան ընթրիքի: Մարգարեթը նաև սիրում է ժամանակ անցկացնել իր 23-ամյա ծոռնուհու՝ Մեգանի հետ։
Նրա 100-ամյակը անմոռանալի դարձնելու համար, տեղական հագուստի խանութի սեփականատեր Ռեյչելը խնդրել է առցանց օգտատերերին իր տատիկին ուղարկել որքան հնարավոր է շատ ծննդյան բացիկներ աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերից։
«Նա մենակ է ապրում, և մեզ մոտ գրեթե ոչ մի ազգական չի մնացել։ Ես ուզում եմ, որ նա բառացիորեն լցվի քարտերով։ Դա այդքան էլ դժվար չի լինի, հաշվի առնելով, որ իմ տատիկը փոքրիկ է։
Նա իրականում բավականին հմուտ է ձեռնափայտի հետ, և ես լիովին սպասում եմ, որ նրանից մի փոքր կշտամբանք կստանամ, երբ իմանա, թե որքան աղմուկ եմ բարձրացրել մամուլում դրա շուրջ։ Բայց այն փաստը, որ նա նման սովորություններով հասել է 100 տարեկանին, իսկապես հրաշք է, այնպես որ եկեք տոնենք նրա տարեդարձը, ինչպես պետք է», - եզրափակել է թոռնուհին։
