Սիրո Ամիրխանյանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի միջազգային իրավաբանական ֆորումում ներկայացրել է հարկադիր կատարման ոլորտի բարեփոխումները

Հայաստանի գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող Սիրո Ամիրխանյանը և Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության իրավաբանական բաժնի պետի պարտականությունները կատարող Օլգա Բունիաթյանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում մասնակցել են միջազգային իրավաբանական ֆորումին։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկանում է Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, Սիրո Ամիրխանյանն աշխատանքային հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դատական պրիստավների դաշնային ծառայության տնօրեն Դմիտրի Արիստովի հետ, քննարկվել են երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտային հարցեր։
Ֆորմումի շրջանակում Գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը հանդես է եկել զեկույցով՝ ներկայացնելով Հայաստանում հարկադիր կատարման ոլորտի օրենսդրական նորամուծությունները և կատարողական վարույթի թվայնացումը, մասնավորպես՝ միասնական տեղեկատվական համակարգը, էլեկտրոնային փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունը և «Անձնական գրասենյակ» հարթակը։
Ներկայացվել են նաև սույն թվականի հունվարի 1-ից կրիպտոակտիվների շուկայի իրավական կարգավորումները, որոնց արդյունքում լիցենզավորված կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցելով՝ կրիպտոակտիվների վրա կարող են արգելանքներ կիրառվել դրանք իրացնելու համար։ Միաժամանակ գործընկերներին ներկայացվել են պարտապանի՝ ինտերնետային շահումով խաղերի, վիճակախաղերի և տոտալիզատորների հաշիվներում առկա դրամական միջոցների վրա բռնագանձում տարածելու օրենսդրական նոր կարգավորումները, գույքի իրացման գործընթացը, որն, ի տարբերություն մի շարք երկրների, իրականացվում է էլեկտրոնային աճուրդի միջոցով՝ ապահովելով առավելագույն թափանցիկություն։
Եզրափակելով ելույթը՝ Սիրո Ամիրանյանը շեշտել է, որ էլեկտրոնային գործիքների ներդրումը կատարողական վարույթը վերածել է արդարադատության արդյունավետ գործիքի, և Հայաստանը պատրաստ է փորձի փոխանակման միջազգային գործընկերների հետ։
