Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների համար նախատեսվում է ստեղծել հնարավորություն՝ գաղտնիության պայմաններում տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու անհայտ կորած անձանց, այդ թվում՝ հնարավոր թաղման վայրերի վերաբերյալ։
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ադրբեջանական APA գործակալության փոխանցմամբ' այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի պետական անվտանգության ծառայության պետի տեղակալ Շարաֆաթ Հասանովը՝ Անհայտ կորած անձանց միջազգային հանձնաժողովի (ICMP) հետ համագործակցության շրջանակում անցկացվող «Անհայտ կորած անձանց հարցի լուծման ժամանակակից մոտեցումները և համագործակցության ամրապնդումը» խորագրով միջազգային համաժողովում։
Հասանովի խոսքով՝ ICMP-ի կողմից մշակված Անհայտ կորած անձանց տվյալների կառավարման համակարգը (IDMS) հնարավորություն կտա մեկ հարթակում միավորել անհայտ կորածների վերաբերյալ առկա տվյալների բազաները, ապահովել համապատասխան պետական մարմինների կողմից տվյալների միաժամանակյա մուտքագրումն ու մշակումը, ինչպես նաև արագացնել տեղեկատվության ստացումն ու որոշումների կայացումը։
Նա նշել է, որ համակարգի տեղադրման և գործարկման նպատակով հունիսի սկզբին Ադրբեջան են ժամանել ICMP-ի երկու մասնագետներ, որոնք իրականացրել են ծրագրային ապահովման տեղադրումը և համապատասխան վերապատրաստումներ։
Հասանովի խոսքով՝ համակարգը կտեղակայվի Ադրբեջանում գտնվող սերվերներում, իսկ հասանելիությունը կունենան միայն վերապատրաստում անցած լիազորված աշխատակիցները։
Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ համակարգի շրջանակում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները կկարողանան գաղտնի տեղեկություններ տրամադրել անհայտ կորած անձանց, այդ թվում՝ նրանց հնարավոր թաղման վայրերի վերաբերյալ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ տեղեկատվությունը կօգտագործվի բացառապես մարդասիրական նպատակներով, իսկ տեղեկություն տրամադրած անձինք որևէ պարագայում պատասխանատվության չեն ենթարկվի։ Հասանովի խոսքով՝ նախաձեռնության նպատակն է աջակցել անհայտ կորած անձանց ճակատագրի պարզաբանմանը։
