Ի՞նչ էր նախատեսվում Գյումրիում. նոր մանրամասներ չկայացած ավագանու նիստի մասին

«Փաստ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջին օրերին քաղաքական շրջանակներում ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է մի վարկած, ըստ որի՝ իշխանությունները սպասում էին, որ Գյումրու ավագանու նիստի ընթացքում քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանը հրաժարական կներկայացնի։ Այդ դեպքում, ըստ նույն տեղեկությունների, նախատեսվում էր ավագանու կողմից նոր քաղաքապետ ընտրել Կարեն Սիմոնյանին։
Եթե այս տեղեկությունները համապատասխանում են իրականությանը, ապա մի շարք հարցեր են առաջանում։ Մասնավորապես՝ արդյո՞ք հենց նման զարգացումներից խուսափելու նպատակով էլ ավագանու նիստը չկայացավ՝ այն պայմաններում, երբ քաղաքում իրականացվում էին իրավապահ մարմինների գործողություններ, խուզարկություններ և առկա էր քաղաքական լարվածություն։ Քաղաքական շրջանակներում հնչում են գնահատականներ, որ այդ գործընթացները կարող էին միտված լինել ավագանու բնականոն աշխատանքը խաթարելուն և իշխանափոխության հնարավոր սցենարը կանխելուն։
Գյումրիում, ըստ տարբեր գնահատականների, զգալի թվով քաղաքացիներ կողմ են քաղաքի կառավարման փոփոխությանը։ Նրանց կարծիքով՝ Կարեն Սիմոնյանն ունի անհրաժեշտ փորձն ու կառավարման հմտությունները՝ քաղաքի զարգացման նոր փուլ ապահովելու համար։ Այդ շրջանակներում նաև համոզմունք կա, որ արդյունավետ կառավարման դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի լուծել Գյումրիում տարիների ընթացքում կուտակված բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ և նոր խթան հաղորդել քաղաքի զարգացմանը։
Եթե քննարկվող սցենարը համապատասխանի իրականությանը, ապա, ըստ որոշ դիտարկումների, դա կարող է վկայել իշխանությունների մտահոգության մասին՝ կապված Գյումրիում քաղաքական դիրքերի հնարավոր թուլացման հետ։ Այդ տեսակետի կողմնակիցները նշում են, որ քաղաքի բնակիչների մի զգալի հատված փոփոխությունների սպասում ունի, սակայն չի ցանկանում, որ դրանք իրականացվեն կենտրոնական իշխանության միջամտությամբ։
