«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևանում ամառային տապը նոր է սկսվել, բայց մայրաքաղաքում ջրամատակարարման վիճակն արդեն վերածվել է իսկական աղետի։ Մինչ պատասխանատուները զով կաբինետներից հերթական հայտարարություններն են տարածում, Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում, հատկապես Կոմիտասի պողոտայում և հարակից փողոցներում արդեն երկու օր է, ինչ ջուրն ուղղակի անջատված է։

Ավելին, պաշտոնապես էլ հայտարարվել է, որ հուլիսի 1-ից փոխվելու է ջրամատակարարման գրաֆիկը, այսինքն՝ սաստիկ շոգին զուգահեռ՝ գիշերները կրկին ջուր չենք ունենալու։ Առանց այն էլ ցերեկային ժամերին ջրի ճնշման անկումներն ու անսպասելի վթարները կատաստրոֆիկ են դարձրել երևանցիների կյանքը, իսկ հիմա, երբ ջերմաչափի սնդիկի սյունը բարձրանում է, մայրաքաղաքի բնակչությունը կանգնած է հակահիգիենիկ և հակասանիտարական լրջագույն ճգնաժամի առջև։ Ջրամատակարարման այս նոր սահմանափակումներն ու գիշերային անջատումները, ըստ էության, դառնում են Փաշինյանի «վերարտադրության գինը»։ Կորզելով ընտրություններում ևս մեկ ժամկետ ու վերահաստատելով իր իշխանությունը՝ նա այժմ համարում է, որ իր ձեռքերն արձակված են, և եկել է բացահայտ ոչ պոպուլ յար, հակաժողովրդական որոշումներ կյանքի կոչելու ժամանակը, քանի որ սպառողի դժգոհությունն այլևս չի սպառնում նրա քաղաքական հաշվարկներին։ Թվում է, թե սա պետք է լիներ պետական անմիջական միջամտության և խիստ պատժամիջոցների առիթ, սակայն «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության ծայրահեղ վատ, անպատասխանատու և անփույթ աշխատանքը շարունակում է մնալ բացարձակ անպատժելիության գոտում։

Այս ամենի ֆոնին ակնհայտ է դառնում գործող իշխանությունների երկակի ստանդարտների ողջ մերկությունը։

Երբ խոսքը վերաբերում էր, օրինակ՝ անհամեմատ ավելի լավ, անխափան ու համակարգված աշխատող «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերին», պետական ապարատը կեղծ պատրվակներով ու բացահայտ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով կարողացավ բռնի պետականացման, սեփականության վերաբաշխման գործընթաց սկսել՝ ցուցադրելով իր ողջ «վճռականությունը»։ Բայց արի ու տես, որ «Վեոլիա Ջրի» դեպքում պատկերը լրիվ այլ է, և բացատրությունը թաքնված է զուտ քաղաքական կուրսի ու անձնական ամբիցիաների մեջ։ Հաշվի առնելով ջրային օպերատորի ֆրանսիական ծագումը և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ ևս մեկ անգամ ձեռք սեղմելու, եվրոպական բարձր ամբիոններում սիրաշահվելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անհագ ցանկությունը՝ ֆրանսիական ընկերության բոլոր կատաստրոֆիկ մեղքերը, երևանցիներին տապին կտտանքների ենթարկելու իրողությունը ներվում ու կոծկվում են։ Ստացվում է, որ սեփական ժողովրդի տարրական կենցաղային իրավունքները, առողջությունն ու հիգիենան ոչինչ են արտաքին քաղաքական ժեստերի և աշխարհաքաղաքական սիրախաղերի առաջ։ Մինչ իշխանավորները ժողովրդավարության ու քաղաքացու մասին դատարկ լոզունգներ են կրկնում, մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչները դատապարտված են ամառվա սաստիկ շոգին մնալու առանց կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող ջրի, միայն թե հանկարծ չնեղանան ՔՊ-ի ֆրանսիացի հովանավորները, իսկ «Վեոլիա Ջուրը» շարունակի միլիոններ դիզել սեփական սպառողներին անջուր թողնելու հաշվին։
