Ձյուդոիստներ Ֆերդինանտ Կարապետյանն ու Ժաննա Սենկեւիչը փետրվարի 19 -ին մեկնարկել են Գերմանիայի Դյուսելդորֆ քաղաքում անցկացվող ձյուդոյի Գրան Պրիում: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Հայաստանի ձյուդոյի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի տեղակալ Թաթուլ Հովհաննիսյանը, 52 կգ քաշային կարգում հանդես եկող ԺաննÕ ¡ Ստանկևիչը մեկնարկային գոտեմարտում առավելության է հասել գերմանացի Ինես Բեյշմիդի նկատմամբ, այնուհետև պարտվել է Մոնղոլիայի ներկայացուցիչ Բունդմա Մունխբաթարին:
66 կգ քաշային կարգում հանդես եկող Ֆերդինանտ Կարապետյանը մեկնարկային գոտեմարտում պարտվել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ներկայացուցիչ Նաթոն Բուրնսին:
Մրցաշարը վարկանիշային է: Թաթուլ Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքերով, ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ առաջին գոտեմարտում հաղթանակը որոշ քանակությամբ միավորներ ստանալու հնարավորություն կտա Սենկեւիչին: Սակայն այդ մասին կարելի է առավել հստակ խոսել մրցաշարի ավարտվելուց հետո միայն: Կարապետյանը միավորներ չի վաստակել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ օլիմպիական խաղերին մասնակցելու հնարավորություն ունեն այն մարզիկները, ովքեր վաստակել են 500 վարկանիշային միավոր: Այս շեմն առաժմ հայ ձյուդոիստներից անցել է Հովհաննես Դավթյանը, ով վաստակել է 994 միավոր: Ժ. Սենկեւիչն առայժմ ունի 476 միավոր, իսկ Ֆ. Կարապետյանը՝ 216 միավոր:
