Եվրամիությունը ցանկանում է օգնել Հայաստանին էներգետիկ մատակարարումները դիվերսիֆիկացնելու հարցում, այդ նպատակով հաջորդ շաբաթ Եվրամիությունից Հայաստան փորձագետների խումբ կժամանի։

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Երևանում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին ասել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե պատրա՞ստ է արդյոք Եվրամիությունը օգնել Հայաստանին այն հնարավոր իրավիճակում, երբ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին մատակարարվող գազի գինը կարող է որպես քաղաքական ճնշման գործիք կիրառել Հայաստանի դեմ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանը մեծ կախվածություն ունի ռուսական գազի մատակարարումներից։

«Էներգետիկայի թեմայով դուք կարիք ունեք ռազմավարական համապարփակ և բազմաշերտ մոտեցման։ Եվ, ինչպես մենք Հայաստանին օգնում ենք դիվերսիֆիկացնել իր առևտուրը, որն հանգեցնելու է երկրի դիմակայունությանը , ցանկանում ենք Հայաստանին օգնել նաև իր էներգետիկ մատակարարումները դիվերսիֆիկացնելու հարցում։ Սա է պատճառը, որ հաջորդ շաբաթ Եվրամիությունից փորձագետների խումբ կժամանի Հայաստան։ Մենք նման իրավիճակների մեծ փորձ ունենք։ Մենք սա ունեցել ենք Ուկրաինայում, մենք սա ունեցել ենք Մոլդովայում։ Մենք՝ որպես Եվրոպական միություն, ևս նման իրավիճակի տարրեր ունեցել ենք։ Այսպիսով՝ մենք մեծ փորձ ունենք, թե ինչպես դիվերսիֆիկացնել որևէ երկրի էներգետիկ մատակարարումները»,- հայտարարել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը։

Նա հավելել է, որ ԵՄ-ն միևնույն ժամանակ տարածաշրջանային էներգետիկ անվտանգության մեջ ներդրում է անում էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխկապակցման միջոցով, որովհետև զուգահեռաբար պետք է կառուցվեն նոր երթուղիներ և ուժեղացվեն տարածաշրջանային էներգետիկ ցանցերը։

«Սա ներառում է 25 միլիոն եվրոյի ներդրում «Կովկասյան էլեկտրահաղորդման ցանց» ծրագրի շրջանակներում։ Մենք նաև աջակցում ենք Հայաստանի կողմից վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրության ծավալների նշանակալի ընդլայնմանը։ Սա տեղական արտադրության էներգետիկ ռեսուրս է։ Դա ձեր էներգետիկ ռեսուրսն է, դուք այն արտադրում եք այստեղ՝ Հայաստանում, և դա ձեզ տալիս է անկախություն, էներգետիկ անվտանգություն և ամրապնդում է դիմակայունությունը։  Այսպիսով՝ մենք այստեղ ենք աջակցելու ձեզ այն հնարավոր իրավիճակում, որը մենք շատ լավ գիտենք»,- մանրամասնել է Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 28-ին ՌԴ դեսպանատան միջոցով Հայաստանի տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարություն էր փոխանցվել Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկայի նախարար Սերգեյ Ցիվիլյովի նամակը, որում ռուսական կողմը նախազգուշացրել էր 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ստորագրված համաձայնագրի գործողության հնարավոր դադարեցման կամ միակողմանի չեղարկման մասին, եթե Հայաստանը շարունակի Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու քաղաքականությունը։ Խոսքը բնական գազի, նավթամթերքների և չմշակված բնական ալմաստների մատակարարման ոլորտում համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրի մասին է, որի շրջանակներում էլ ձևավորվում է նաև ՀՀ-ին մատակարարվող ռուսական գազի սակագինը։
