Ավտովթար և մահվան ելքով վրաերթ՝ Արագածոտնի մարզում

Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 1-ին, ավտովթար և մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 21։35-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 30 կմ հատվածում բախվել են «Volkswagen» մակնիշի և «Chevrolet» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, որից հետո երբ երկու ավտոմեքենաների վարորդները և ուղևորները իջել են ավտոմեքենաներից և փորձել են ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ, «Saturn» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան վրաերթի է ենթարկել «Chevrolet» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդին և ուղևորին։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վրաերթի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել է, 1 հոգի տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Վիրավորին առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիները և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը, ովքեր վիրավորին մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Սարգսյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արմեն Ալեքսանյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի ավագ պարեկ Արթուր Մելքոնյանը և պարեկ Սարգիս Բարսեղյանը։

Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Աշտարակի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ ավագ համայնքային ոստիկան Սամսոն Սահակյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության  պետ Արթուր Մնոյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Հրաչ Դավթյանի, ավագ քննիչներ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանի և Մարիամ Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում են ավտոմեքենաների սեփականատերերի, վարորդների, մահացածի և վիրավորի ինքնությունը։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ մահացածը Երևանի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Ռոմելա Սարգսյանն է։

Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
