ՀՀ մարզերում կիրականացվեն դպրոցահասակ երեխաների լող, դահուկային սպորտ, հրաձգություն մարզաձևերի ուսուցման ծրագրեր

Կառավարությունը հաստատել է ՀՀ մարզերում մասնավոր կամ մասնավորի կողմից շահագործվող մարզական ենթակառուցվածքներում դպրոցահասակ երեխաների լող, դահուկային սպորտ, հրաձգություն մարզաձևերի ուսուցման ծրագրերը և ֆինանսավորման կարգը։ Կարգը մշակվել է ՀՀ «Ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի մասին» օրենքի, ինչպես նաև «ՀՀ ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի ոլորտների 2024-2030 թթ. զարգացման ռազմավարության և դրա գործողությունների պլանի» դրույթների հիման վրա։

Ինչպես նշել է Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը, Կառավարության քաղաքականությունն է ընդլայնել երեխաների համար սպորտով զբաղվելու հնարավորությունները, այդ թվում՝ մասնավոր հատվածի կողմից շահագործվող ենթակառուցվածքների միջոցով։ Նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ 2024 թվականից մեկնարկած փորձնական ծրագրով մարզերում ֆինանսավորվում են դպրոցահասակ երեխաների լողի պարապմունքները, որոնք անցկացվում են մասնավոր լողավազաններում. Ապարանում, Վանաձորում, Մեծամորում, Իջևանում և Հրազդանում 100-ավոր երեխաներ այս ծրագրի շրջանակում սովորում են լող, իսկ նրանցից մի քանիսն արդեն մասնակցում են նաև մարզական մրցումների։

Ընդունվող կարգով սահմանվում են պահանջներ թե՛ մարզական ենթակառուցվածքների, թե՛ մարզիչների որակավորման և ուսումնամարզական ծրագրերի բովանդակության նկատմամբ։ Յուրաքանչյուր մարզաձևից ուսումնական ծրագրերը կիրականացվեն երկու տարիքային խմբերի համար՝ երեքական ենթախմբով: Սահմանվում են նաև ամեն տարիքային խմբում պարապողների առավելագույն քանակը, շաբաթական ուսումնամարզական գործընթացի տևողությունը և հաճախականությունը: Սահմանվում են նաև թվային հարթակով գրանցման, հետագայում նաև մոնիտորինգի հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև ուսումնամարզական գործընթացի ավարտին նախատեսվող արդյունքների չափորոշիչները: «Կիրականացվեն դրամաշնորհային մրցույթներ։ Այս չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանող կառույցները կկարողանան դիմել և մրցութային գործընթացը հաղթահարելու դեպքում տվյալ համայնքում մեկնարկել պետական դպրոցների համապատասխան տարիքային խմբերի երեխաների գրանցումը,- նշել է նախարարը և հավելել, որ ձևավորվելու են նաև սպասման խմբեր։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է որոշման ընդունումը և ընդգծել՝ մարզական ենթակառուցվածքներին բոլոր երեխաները պետք է հասանելիություն ունենան. «Հանրապետությունում չպետք է լինի երեխա, որ առնվազն մեկ-երկու այլընտրանքային տարբերակ չունենա սպորտով, ակտիվ կյանքով զբաղվելու։ Եվ սա մեր պարտավորությունն է, մենք պետք է սա անենք։ Եվ լավ է, որ դա մենք արդեն անում ենք և նաև ձևը գիտենք, թե ինչպես կարող ենք անել»: Այդ համատեքստում վարչապետը ընդգծել է մասնավորի հետ պետության համագործակցության կարևորությունը:
