«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ մենք տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Վալերի Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանը 2026-2027 ուսումնական տարվա առկա ուսուցմամբ մագիստրատուրայի ընդունելության հայտարարությունն իր կայքէջում և սոցիալական էջում տեղադրել է հունիսի 18-ին, այնինչ հայտարարության մեջ գրված է, որ «անվճար տեղերի համար դիմումներն ընդունվում են հունիսի 5-ից հունիսի 20ը»: Այսինքն, դեռ հայտարարությունը չհրապարակած՝ Բրյուսովի համալսարանում, փաստորեն, անվճար տեղերի համար մրցույթի դիմումները վաղուց ընդունել են, իսկ հայտարարությունը հրապարակել են ժամկետի ավարտից ընդամենը երկու օր առաջ:

Այս թեմայի հետ կապված «Փաստը» գրություն է ուղարկել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն: Բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության կոմիտեից ստացել ենք երկար պատասխան, որտեղ մանրամասն ներկայացված է մագիստրատուրայի ընդունելության կարգը, մեջբերված են համապատասխան նորմատիվ ակտերը և այլն, սակայն տրված չէ մեր հիմնական հարցի պատասխանը՝ ինչո՞ւ են Բրյուսովի համալսարանում հայտարարությունը հրապարակել դիմումների ընդունման մեկնարկից 13 օր անց և վերջնաժամկետից երկու օր առաջ: Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ պատասխանն ստացել ենք հունիսի 29ին, իսկ նույն օրը Բրյուսովի անվան համալսարանն իր պաշտոնական էջերում տեղադրել է հայտարարություն այն մասին, որ «Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանը 2026-2027 ուսումնական տարվա մագիստրատուրայի անվճար ուսուցմամբ ընդունելության դիմում-հայտերի ընդունման ժամկետը երկարաձգում է մինչև սույն թվականի հուլիսի 7-ը ներառյալ»: Չնայած մինչ այդ՝ մեր՝ ԿԳՄՍՆ հարցում ուղարկելու հաջորդ օրը՝ հունիսի 23-ին, հայտարարություն էին տարածել հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ. «Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանը 2026 թ. հունիսի 5-ից մինչև հունիսի 20-ը ներառյալ կազմակերպել և իրականացրել է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստի ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար) տեղերի համար մագիստրատուրայի ընդունելության դիմումների ընդունման գործընթացը: Սահմանված ժամանակահատվածում Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարան է ներկայացվել 151 դիմում-հայտ (նախորդ տարվա համեմատ 38-ով ավելի): Մրցույթն իրականացվում է դիմորդների միջին որակական գնահատականի (ՄՈԳ) հիման վրա՝ ապահովելով հավասար և թափանցիկ մրցակցային պայմաններ»:
