ԱՄՆ-ը և Իսրայելն ունեն ընդհանուր ճակատագիր։ Այս մասին ասել է Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն ԱՄՆ անկախության 250-ամյակի առթիվ հղած շնորհավորական ուղերձում, որը հրապարակված է X-ի պաշտոնական էջում։
Ուղերձում Նեթանյահուն ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփին և ողջ ամերիկացի ժողովրդին անվանել է «թանկագին ընկերներ», վստահություն է հայտնել, որ իր երկիրն «մեկ ճակատագիր» ունի Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ, և հայտարարել է աշխարհում «ազատությունը միասին պաշտպանելու» մտադրության մասին։
«Թեև մենք ապրում ենք տարբեր մայրցամաքներում, մեր միջև կա ամուր կապ, որովհետև մենք ունենք մեկ ճակատագիր։ Մենք գիտենք, որ ազատությունը երբեք անվճար չի տրվում։ Այն պետք է մշտապես գնել, այն պետք է մշտապես պաշտպանել։ Ամերիկան եղել է ազատության մեծագույն ուժը, որը ճանաչել է ժամանակակից աշխարհը։ Իսրայելը հպարտ է նրա կողքին կանգնելու համար, Իսրայելը հպարտ է ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի հետ նույն կողմում կանգնելու համար, որովհետև մեր դաշինքը կառուցված է ոչ միայն ընդհանուր շահերի, այլև ընդհանուր արժեքների վրա»,- ասել է Նեթանյահուն։
Նրա կարծիքով՝ «այսօր այդ արժեքները ենթարկվում են հարձակումների»։
«Բռնապետերը, որոնց մենք բախվում ենք, վանկարկում են. «Մահ Ամերիկային, մահ Իսրայելին»։ Նրանք կարծում են, թե ազատությունը թույլ է, նրանք կարծում են, թե ժողովրդավարությունը թույլ է։ Նրանք սխալվում են մեր երկու ժողովրդավարությունների հարցում, որովհետև երբ Ամերիկան ու Իսրայելը միասին են, ազատությունն ավելի է ուժեղանում։ Միասին մենք պաշտպանում ենք ազատությունը, միասին մենք պաշտպանում ենք մեր ընդհանուր քաղաքակրթությունը, միասին, Աստծո օգնությամբ, մենք կհասնենք նրան, որ ազատությունը կհաղթի բռնապետությանը»,- պնդել է իսրայելցի վարչապետը։
