ԿԺԴՀ Պետական գործերի նախագահ Կիմ Չեն Ընը հետևել է «Կան Գոն» նոր էսկադրային ականակրի (էսմինեցի) մարտական համակարգերի փորձարկումների անցկացմանը, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Համաձայն հաղորդագրության՝ փորձարկումներն անցկացվել են մարտականին մոտ պայմաններում նավի սպառազինության տարբեր համակարգերի հզորությունն ու կիրառելիությունը գնահատելու համար։ Նախքան ստուգումների սկսվելը երկրի ղեկավարը լսել է սպառազինության համակարգերի քննարկման խմբի անդամների զեկույցը նավի մարտունակության գնահատման փուլային ծրագրերի մասին։ Փորձարկումների ընթացքում ստուգվել են թիրախների որոնման, տեղեկատվության մշակման հարցում էսկադրային ականակրի կարողությունները և ինտեգրված կրակային համակարգի աշխատանքը։

Կիմ Չեն Ընն ընդգծել է, որ այս փուլը պատասխանատու ստուգում է էսկադրային ականակրի հականավային, հականավասուզանավային, հակաօդային և ռազմավարական հարվածային համալիրների հուսալիությունը պարզելու համար։ ԿԺԴՀ առաջնորդը նշել է, որ սպառազինությունների մշակման ընթացիկ միտումները հաստատում են սեփական օրինակով ռազմածովային ուժերի մարտական համակարգերի ստեղծման ներուժը, ինչը թույլ է տալիս որակապես փոխել բանակի ռազմավարական պատրաստվածությունը։

Ստուգման արդյունքներով Կիմ Չեն Ընը նախանշել է տարբեր վերջրյա և ստորջրյա մարտական համակարգերի ստեղծման ու պետական պաշտպանության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված կուսակցության ռազմավարական կուրսի շրջանակներում դրանք մարտական հերթապահության ջրատարածքներում տեղակայելու փուլային խնդիրները։ Նա կոչ է արել արագացնել հուսալի զսպման ուժերի պահպանման և մեծացման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները։

Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել Կորեայի աշխատավորական կուսակցության Կենտկոմի իններորդ գումարման II պլենումի որոշումների կատարմանը, որոնք վերաբերում են ռազմածովային նավատորմի բազաների կառուցմանը և նավաշինարանների արտադրողականության բարձրացմանը։ Կիմ Չեն Ընը կարգադրել է երկու ամսվա ընթացքում ավարտել «Կան Գոն» էսկադրային ականակրի փորձարկումները և այն ընդգրկել ՌԾՈՒ-ի մարտական կազմում՝ վճռականություն հայտնելով պետական միջոցներ ձեռնարկել նավատորմի ամրապնդման համար, որն առանցքային դեր է խաղում ծովում սուվերենության (ինքնիշխանության) պաշտպանության գործում։

ԿԺԴՀ ղեկավարը նաև խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել նավաշինության զարգացման հարցերի շուրջ՝ կոչ անելով հետազոտական հիմնարկներին նոր հաջողությունների հասնել հզոր բանակ կառուցելու կուսակցության կուրսի իրականացման գործում։ Երկրի առաջնորդը մատնանշել է նավային և տախտակամածային սպառազինությունների մշակողների «պատմական խնդիրը» պետության պաշտպանունակության ամրապնդման գործում։
