Տնտեսությունն ընդդեմ քաղաքականության

Ինչպես և կանխատեսվում էր (դրա մասին գրել էի դեռ 20 օր առաջ)՝ հասկանալով իր հերթական անհեռանկար գործողությունների վնասարար հետևանքները, Նիկոլը կրկին հայտնվել է Ռուսաստանում: Բայց ոչ թե բարձր մակարդակով, պաշտոնական Մոսկվայում, այլ «Innoprom-2026» ցուցահանդեսի ֆորմատով՝ Եկատերինբուրգում: Վստահ եմ, որ գնացել է խնդրելու և դեպի Մոսկվա վերադարձի ճանապարհներ փնտրելու:

Ուրսուլա Ֆոն դեր Լյայենի այցը ֆինանսա-տնտեսական մխիթարանք չեղավ ՔՊ-ի համար: Խոստումները շատ էին, բայց իրական աջակցություն անհամեմատ քիչ է: Բացի այդ, Եվրոպան արդեն իսկ շատ մեծ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում ՔՊ-ին՝ ընտրություններում ցանկացած գնով «հաղթելու» և քաղաքական ընդդիմադիրներին շարունակ ռեպրեսիաների ենթարկելու հարցում: Այնպես, որ ԵՄ-ից Փաշինյանը նեղանալու բան չունի, մաքսիմալ օգնում են իրեն՝ իշխանությունը պահելու և Արցախի կորուստը քողարկելու համար:

Այսօր ԵՄ-ի թիվ մեկ ակտուալ հարն է, Նիկոլը կկարողանա՞ն արդյոք գնալ լիակատար խզման ճանապարհով։

Խնդիրն այն է, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից՝ զգալիորեն ավելի մեծ է, քան Մոլդովայինը, և բացի այդ, Հայաստանը Եվրամիության հետ ընդհանուր սահման չունի։ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն չի թաքցնում, որ առայժմ կցանկանային պահպանել Մոսկվայի հետ շահավետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունները՝ միաժամանակ նրանից հեռանալով անվտանգության ոլորտում։

Դատելով ԵՄ(ՆԱՏՕ)-ՌԴ արդեն պատերազմավտանգ իրավիճակից, Նիկոլի արևմտյան գործընկերներն առաջիկայում ավելի են շտապեցնելու նրան և թույլ չեն տալու «նստել երկու աթոռի վրա»։ (Աղդամցի Ալենի ականջը կանչի՝ դարձավ այս քաղաքականության առաջին ծիծեռնակ-«զոհը»)
Այս հարցում ԵՄ-ի Արևելյան գործընկերությունն անողոք փորձ ունի:

Մենք տեսել ենք Ուկրաինան, տեսնում ենք Մոլդովան, ավելի վաղ տեսել են Վրաստանը, որտեղ Ռուսաստանի հետ կապերից ստացվող տնտեսական օգուտները որևէ դեր չեն խաղացել քաղաքական ընտրության ժամանակ։ Երբ ընտրությունը կատարվում է հօգուտ ՌԴ հակառակորդների, ապա տվյալ երկրների սոցիալ-տնտեսական շահերը մղվում են երկրորդ պլան։ Ինչու՞:

Որովհետև այդ երկրներում, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում իշխանության բերված ռեժիմներն ունեցել են և ունեն մեկ նպատակ. ապահովել ԵՄ-ՌԴ հակասությունների, իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նաև պատերազմի «զոհի» դերակատարությունը՝ հանուն ԵՄ անվտանգության ու բարեկեցության:

Մեր բարեկամ Վրաստանը սեփական փորձից հետո՝ հրաժարվում է երկրորդ անգամ անցնել նույն ուղիով:
ԵՄ ակտուալ հարցին զուգահեռ, մեզ՝ հայերիս համար, հակառուսականության ֆոնի վրա, ավելի ակտուալ է դառնում «Եվրոպա՞ են մեզ տանում, թե՞ Թուրքիա»: հարցը:

Թերևս քննարկման ամենասուր հարցն այն է, թե արդյոք Եվրոպային ուղղված հայտարարվող «շարժումն» իրականում չի քողարկում թուրքական ծրագիրն ու Հայաստանի թուրքացումը։
