Վերջին տարիներին շատերը նկատում են, որ ամառային շոգերը ոչ միայն ավելի ուժեղ են դարձել, այլև զգալիորեն երկար են տևում։ Եթե նախկինում բարձր ջերմաստիճանները պահպանվում էին մի քանի օր, ապա այժմ հաճախ ամբողջ շաբաթներ շարունակ ջերմաչափը մնում է բարձր ցուցանիշների վրա՝ դժվարացնելով առօրյան և մեծացնելով առողջական ու բնապահպանական ռիսկերը՝ պարզաբանում է  Past.am-ը:

Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ՝ այս երևույթի հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը գլոբալ կլիմայական փոփոխություններն են։ Երկրի միջին ջերմաստիճանի աստիճանական բարձրացումը նպաստում է նրան, որ տաք օդային զանգվածներն ավելի երկար ժամանակ մնում են նույն տարածաշրջանում՝ ձևավորելով երկարատև շոգային ալիքներ։ Միաժամանակ նվազում է այն ցուրտ օդային հոսքերի հաճախականությունը, որոնք նախկինում արագ փոխարինում էին շոգ եղանակին։

Մյուս կարևոր գործոնը մթնոլորտային կայուն բարձր ճնշման համակարգերն են։ Երբ նման համակարգը երկար ժամանակ պահպանվում է որևէ տարածքի վրա, այն խոչընդոտում է ամպերի ձևավորմանը և տեղումների առաջացմանը։ Արդյունքում արևի ճառագայթներն անընդհատ տաքացնում են հողի մակերեսը, իսկ օդի ջերմաստիճանը շարունակում է բարձր մնալ նաև գիշերային ժամերին։

Քաղաքներում իրավիճակն ավելի բարդ է։ Ասֆալտապատ փողոցները, բետոնե շենքերն ու կանաչ տարածքների պակասը ստեղծում են այսպես կոչված «քաղաքային ջերմային կղզի» ազդեցությունը։ Այդ պատճառով նույնիսկ գիշերը քաղաքային միջավայրում ջերմաստիճանը հաճախ մի քանի աստիճանով բարձր է լինում, քան շրջակա բնակավայրերում։

Օդերևութաբանները նշում են, որ առաջիկա օրերին Հայաստանում կպահպանվի ամառային տաք եղանակը։ Շատ շրջաններում սպասվում է +34...+38 աստիճան տաքություն, իսկ Արարատյան դաշտում և Երևանում առանձին ժամերին ջերմաստիճանը կարող է մոտենալ +39...+40 աստիճանին։ Լեռնային շրջաններում եղանակը համեմատաբար զով կլինի, սակայն կեսօրից հետո հնարավոր են ամպամածության ավելացում և կարճատև ամպրոպային անձրևներ։

Շոգ օրերին բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս հնարավորության դեպքում խուսափել ժամը 11:00-17:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում երկարատև արևի տակ գտնվելուց, օրվա ընթացքում բավարար քանակությամբ ջուր օգտագործել, կրել բաց գույնի և թեթև հագուստ, ինչպես նաև առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել երեխաների, տարեցների և խրոնիկական հիվանդություններ ունեցող մարդկանց առողջությանը։

Մասնագետների կանխատեսմամբ՝ առաջիկա տարիներին երկարատև շոգային ալիքները կարող են ավելի հաճախակի դառնալ, ուստի թե՛ քաղաքաշինության, թե՛ առողջապահական համակարգերի համար կարևոր է հարմարվել նոր կլիմայական պայմաններին և ժամանակին պատրաստվել ծայրահեղ եղանակային երևույթներին։
