Բժիշկները զգուշացնում են, որ հայտնի NeeDoh սենսորային խաղալիքների ոչ ճիշտ օգտագործումը կարող է երեխաների և դեռահասների մոտ լուրջ այրվածքներ առաջացնել, հայտնում է Past.am-ը հղում անելով՝ New York Post-ին։

NeeDoh-ը վառ գույներով, փափուկ և ձգվող խաղալիք է, որը նախատեսված է սեղմելու և ձգելու համար։ Սակայն մասնագետների խոսքով՝ այն կարող է վտանգավոր դառնալ, եթե տաքացվի, սառեցվի կամ տեղադրվի միկրոալիքային վառարանում։ Բժիշկները նշում են, որ նման դեպքերի մի մասը կապված է սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածվող վտանգավոր «չելենջների» և տեսանյութերի հետ։

Որոշ NeeDoh խաղալիքներ լցված են խիտ գելանման նյութով, որը տաքանալիս ընդարձակվում է։ Արդյունքում խաղալիքի ներսում ճնշումն աճում է, և այն կարող է պայթել՝ դուրս շպրտելով շատ տաք և կպչուն նյութ, որը մաշկի հետ շփվելիս լուրջ այրվածքներ է առաջացնում։

Ալաբամայի մանկական շտապ օգնության բաժանմունքի մանկաբույժ Ալիսիա Ուեբի խոսքով՝ ինքը բուժել է մի քանի երեխայի և դեռահասի, որոնք վնասվածքներ են ստացել միկրոալիքային վառարանում խաղալիքը տաքացնելուց հետո։ Նա ծնողներին կոչ է արել ուշադրություն դարձնել երեխաների վարքագծին և սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածվող վտանգավոր միտումներին։

Սթեյթեն Այլենդի համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի այրվածքների բաժանմունքի տնօրեն Մայքլ Քուփերը նշել է, որ երեխաների մաշկն ավելի բարակ և զգայուն է, ուստի նույնիսկ կարճատև շփումը տաք նյութի հետ կարող է առաջացնել խորքային այրվածքներ։

New York Post-ը ներկայացրել է նաև մի քանի նման դեպքեր։ Դրանցից մեկում 7-ամյա աղջիկը ծանր այրվածքներ է ստացել այն բանից հետո, երբ միկրոալիքային վառարանում տաքացված խաղալիքը պայթել է։ Երեխային տեղափոխել են վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք, արհեստական կոմայի մեջ են պահել, իսկ հետագայում նա ենթարկվել է մաշկի փոխպատվաստման վիրահատության։

Մեկ այլ դեպքով 9-ամյա տղան ստացել է երկրորդ աստիճանի այրվածքներ՝ տաքացած խաղալիքի պայթյունից հետո։ Գրանցվել է նաև 13-ամյա աղջկա վնասվածքի դեպք, երբ խաղալիքը մի քանի ժամ մնացել էր արևի տակ կանգնած մեքենայում, տաքացել և պայթել։

Արտադրող ընկերությունը զգուշացնում է, որ NeeDoh խաղալիքները չի կարելի տաքացնել, սառեցնել կամ դնել միկրոալիքային վառարանում։ Մասնագետները նաև խորհուրդ են տալիս դրանք չթողնել տաք մեքենաներում և պարբերաբար ստուգել՝ արդյոք պատյանը վնասված կամ ճաքած չէ։
