Եվրոպական միությունը Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ քննարկում է, թե ինչպես կարող է Բրյուսելը լավագույնս աջակցել Հարավային Կովկասի հաղորդակցային երթուղիների զարգացմանը։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին Երևանում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց Հարավային Կովկասի և Վրաստանի ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Մագդալենա Գրոնոն՝ խոսելով Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգության իրավիճակի ու Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության հաստատման գործընթացի շուրջ։

«Տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության կառուցման առաջընթացը աներևակայելի տպավորիչ է եղել, և իհարկե, մենք, որպես Եվրոպական միություն, ձգտում ենք լինել ամուր գործընկերներ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, բայց նաև՝ Ադրբեջանի համար, որպեսզի այդ խաղաղությունը դառնա կայուն իրականություն, որն օգուտ կբերի բոլոր մարդկանց»,-շեշտեց Գրոնոն:

ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը նաև ընդգծեց, որ Բրյուսելը տարբեր միջոցներով և ձևերով աջակցում է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղության գործընթացին։

«Իհարկե, կա քաղաքական աջակցություն Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարություններին, քանի որ նրանք առաջ են տանում խաղաղության գործընթացը, բայց կան նաև ջանքեր՝ աջակցելու առանձին ուղղություններին, որտեղ քննարկումները շարունակվում են, որոնք կարող են օգուտ բերել երկու կողմերի մարդկանց: Այսպիսով, մենք, իհարկե, որպես դրա մաս, դիտարկում ենք, թե ինչպես կարող ենք լավագույնս աջակցել նաև մարդասիրական հարցերին, և այդ առումով՝ ականազերծումը գլխավորն է: Այն կարող է ազդեցություն ունենալ անմիջականորեն տուժած համայնքների վրա։ Կարող է նաև կարևոր ազդեցություն ունենալ, եթե կապի օրակարգի և տարածաշրջանի ավելի լայն ապաշրջափակման մասին, քանի որ կառուցվում են նոր տարանցիկ գծեր»,-նշեց ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչն՝ անդրադարձ կատարելով այսօր Հայաստան հասած ժամանակակից ականազերծման մեքենային, որը նվիրաբերվել է Եվրոպական միության կողմից:

Գրոնոն կրկին շեշտեց՝ տարածաշրջանային կապի և Հարավային Կովկասի ավելի լայն ապաշրջափակման օրակարգը նույնպես ԵՄ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է։

«Մենք քննարկում ենք Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, բայց նաև, իհարկե, Ադրբեջանի գործընկերների հետ, թե ինչպես լավագույնս աջակցել այս երթուղիների զարգացմանը, որպեսզի բոլոր երկրները ներգրավված լինեն, այդ երթուղու երկայնքով տեղակայված համայնքների բոլոր բնակիչներն օգտվեն դրանից, և, իհարկե, մենք զգալի ներդրում ունենանք այն բանում, ինչը ԵՄ-ի համար առաջնահերթություն է․ խոսքը «Միջին միջանցք»-ի հաղորդակցային նախագծի մասին է, որը Ասիան Հարավային Կովկասով կապում է Եվրոպային»,-ընդգծեց Մագդալենա Գրոնոն։
