ՇՄՆ-ն տնտեսվարողներին տեղեկացնում է, որ 2026 թվականի հուլիսի 9-ից թափոնների կառավարման ոլորտի երկու կարևոր վարչական գործընթաց իրականացվելու է բացառապես էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ https://nature.e-gov.am հարթակի միջոցով։
 
«Թվային ձևաչափով կիրականացվեն՝
  • Թափոնների գոյացման նորմատիվների և դրանց տեղադրման կամ պահպանման սահմանաքանակների նախագծերի հաստատումը (ՀՀ կառավարության 2005 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ի N 2291-Ն որոշում),
  • Վտանգավոր թափոնների գործածության գործունեության լիցենզիայի և ներդիրների տրամադրումը (ՀՀ կառավարության 2003 թվականի հունվարի 30-ի N 121-Ն որոշում)։
Ինչո՞ւ է այս փոփոխությունը կարևոր
 
Թվային հարթակի ներդրումը կարևոր քայլ է թափոնների կառավարման համակարգի արդիականացման և ոլորտի առավել արդյունավետ կառավարման ուղղությամբ։
 
Տնտեսվարողների համար այն հնարավորություն է տալիս՝
  • բացառել թղթային փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունը,
  • խնայել ժամանակ և վարչարարական ռեսուրսներ,
  • ցանկացած պահի ստանալ և ներբեռնել հաստատված փաստաթղթերը՝ QR կոդով վավերացված տարբերակով։
Պետության և շրջակա միջավայրի համար այն ապահովում է՝
  • թափոնների շարժի առավել ամբողջական և թափանցիկ հաշվառում,
  • ապօրինի շրջանառության կանխարգելում,
  • թափոնների ոչ միայն տեղադրման, այլև ժամանակավոր պահպանման (պահեստավորման) նկատմամբ առավել արդյունավետ վերահսկողություն,
  • շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտման ռիսկերի նվազեցում։
Կարևոր նորամուծություններ
  • Հայտերը կարող են ներկայացվել նաև լիազորված անձի միջոցով՝ կցելով լիազորագրի էլեկտրոնային պատճենը։
  • Վերացվել է փաստաթղթերի ձևանմուշներում կնիքի պարտադիր կիրառման պահանջը։
Խնդրում ենք 2026 թվականի հուլիսի 9-ից բոլոր հայտերը ներկայացնել բացառապես https://nature.e-gov.am էլեկտրոնային հարթակի միջոցով»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։
