«Ժամանակ».Սերժ Սարգսյանը ելք է որոնում

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր խորհրդակցություններ է սկսել արտաքին տնտեսական կապերի ընդլայնման նպատակով եւ խորհրդակցությունները սկսել է Իրանից, այսինքն՝ Իրանի ուղղությունից: Նա մի քանի կարեւոր հայտարարություններ է արել, իհարկե՝ կապված հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների խորացման հետ, բարձրացնելով եւ տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների, եւ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների, եւ ներդրումային այլ ծրագրերի մասով հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու հեռանկարների հետ:
Սակայն բացակայում է, օրինակ, հատկանշական մի բան՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը լռում է գազի մասին: Մինչդեռ թվում է, որ Հայաստանին այս մասով պետք է հետաքրքրեր նախ եւ առաջ գազի խնդիրը, եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանը բոլոր այդ՝ իհարկե, կարեւոր հարցերով հետաքրքրվելով հանդերձ՝ Իրանում Հայաստանի դեսպանին թերեւս պետք է հարցներ նաեւ՝ իսկ կա՞ Իրանից ավելի էժան գազ ներկրելու հնարավորություն:
Ի վերջո՝ այստեղ խնդիրը միայն սոցիալական չէ: Էժան գազը կարեւոր է տնտեսության համար, կարեւոր է Հայաստանում արդյունաբերական պոտենցիալի համար, կարեւոր է հայկական տնտեսության մրցունակության համար: Հենց այս նկատառումներով Հայաստանը մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ դիմել է Ռուսաստանին, որպեսզի Մոսկվան նվազեցնի գազի գինը: Ընդ որում, վարչապետի այդ դիմումը հիմնավորվել էր նրանով, որ այդպիսի հորդորով եւ դիմումով նրան էին դիմել գործարարները:
Այս իրավիճակում առավել քան տրամաբանական կլիներ, եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանն իրանական ուղղությամբ խորհրդակցությանը, ի թիվս տարբեր հարցերի, հարցներ նաեւ, թե արդյոք կա՞ էժան գազի վերաբերյալ Իրանի հետ բանակցության հնարավորություններ, հեռանկարներ:
Բանն այն է, որ սա նաեւ ինդիկատոր է՝ Իրանի հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում պաշտոնական Երեւանի կարողությունների, կամքի, ինքնուրույն որոշումների, ինքնիշխանության աստիճանի ինդիկատոր: Եթե չի բարձրացվում գազային թեման, ապա նշանակում է, որ մնացյալ թեմաների բարձրաձայնումը ներկայումս գտնվում է խորհրդանշական մակարդակի վրա: Հակառակ դեպքում տրամաբանական չէ՝ երբ Հայաստանը բարձրաձայնում է հեռանկարային ծրագրերը, իսկ առավել մոտ գտնվող եւ առավել հրատապ դիտվող հարցերում լռություն է:
Տարօրինակ է խոսել երեք միլիարդ դոլարից ավելի արժեցող Հայաստան-Իրան երկաթուղու մասին, բայց չխոսել Իրանից էժան գազ ներկրելու հնարավորության մասին, երբ կա պատրաստի գազամուղ, եւ երբ հնչել է Իրանի նախկին դեսպանի հայտնի հայտարարությունը»:
