Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության ոլորտում կգործի բոնուսային միավորների հաշվարկման, գործակիցների կիրառման կարգ

Կառավարությունը հաստատել է Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության ոլորտում բոնուսային միավորների հաշվարկման, գործակիցների կիրառման, դրանց միջոցով վճարումներ կատարելու կարգը։ Ինչպես նշել է Առողջապահության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Լենա Նանուշյանը, որոշումը մշակվել է՝ հիմք ընդունելով «Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի դրույթները։ «Օրենքով սահմանել էինք, որ ապահովագրված անձի առողջ ապրելակերպի խրախուսման նպատակով հաշվում են բոնուսային միավորներ, եթե տվյալ տարվա ընթացքում վերջինիս անունով, բացի կանխարգելիչ ծառայությունից, այսինքն՝ սկրինինգներից, այլ ապահովագրական հատուցում չի գրանցվել։ Այս դեպքում արդեն տարվա ավարտից հետո անձի բոնուսային հաշվին փոխանցվում են նախնական բոնուսային միավորները։ Միաժամանակ, նաև հաշվի առնելով մեր բնակչության համար կարևոր հանրային առողջապահական ցուցանիշները, մենք սահմանել ենք նաև լրացուցիչ ցուցանիշներ։ Երբ ապահովագրված անձը հանդես է գալիս որպես կամավոր անհատույց արյան դոնոր կամ առողջության առաջնային պահպանման բժշկի կողմից գրանցվում են անձի առողջ ապրելակերպին միտված պարբերաբար բարելավող ցուցանիշներ, օրինակ, մարմնի զանգվածի ինդեքսի նորմավորում, ծխելուց հրաժարում և այլն, ապա այդ դեպքում կիրառվում են նաև բոնուսների նկատմամբ լրացուցիչ գործակիցներ։ Դրանք ավելի մանրամասն մենք կսահմանենք առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով՝ և՛ ընթացակարգերը, և՛ բոնուսների չափերը»,- ասել է փոխնախարարը։
Լենա Նանուշյանը տեղեկացրել է՝ սահմանվել է, որ վերջնական բոնուսային միավորները չեն կարող գերազանցել տարեկան ապահովագրական վճարի 10%-ը, և այդ հավաքագրված միավորները տարին լրանալուց հետո արդեն կարող են օգտագործվել մի շարք նպատակներով. «Կարող են օգտագործվել ապահովագրավճարը վճարելու, կամավոր բժշկական ապահովագրական փաթեթ ձեռք բերելու, համավճարների վճարման համար, ինչպես նաև՝ մարզասրահների, լողավազանների նաև բաժանորդական վճարների համար»։
Ըստ փոխնախարարի՝ որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու 2029 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից. «Նախնական այս հաստատումը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա ոչ միայն էլեկտրոնային գործիքը նախապատրաստել, այլ նաև իրականացնել նախապատրաստական այդ աշխատանքները»։
