 Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է առողջապահական ոլորտում հաճախ քննարկվող մի թեմա, որը տարիներ շարունակ հետաքրքրել է թե՛ գիտնականներին, թե՛ հասարակությանը՝ արդյո՞ք արյան խումբը կարող է որևէ կերպ կապված լինել մարդու կյանքի տևողության հետ։

Վերջին տարիներին հրապարակված մի շարք հետազոտություններ ցույց են տվել, որ արյան խումբը կարող է որոշակի կապ ունենալ առողջական որոշ ռիսկերի հետ, սակայն այն ինքնին չի որոշում, թե որքան երկար կապրի մարդը։ Գիտնականները նշում են, որ կյանքի տևողության վրա շատ ավելի մեծ ազդեցություն ունեն կենսակերպը, սննդակարգը, ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը, քնի որակը, ծխախոտի և ալկոհոլի օգտագործումը, ինչպես նաև ժառանգական գործոնները։

Այնուամենայնիվ, որոշ ուսումնասիրություններում ուշադրություն է դարձվել այն հանգամանքին, որ O (զրո) արյան խումբ ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ միջինում ավելի ցածր է սրտանոթային որոշ հիվանդությունների և արյան մակարդման հետ կապված խնդիրների ռիսկը։ Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ գիտական շրջանակներում քննարկվում է, որ այս խումբը կարող է որոշակի առավելություն ունենալ առողջության տեսանկյունից։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, մասնագետները շեշտում են, որ A, B և AB արյան խմբեր ունեցող միլիոնավոր մարդիկ նույնպես ապրում են երկար և առողջ կյանք։ Արյան խումբը չի կարող համարվել երկարակեցության կանխատեսող կամ վճռորոշ գործոն։ Այն ընդամենը կենսաբանական առանձնահատկություններից մեկն է, որը որոշ դեպքերում կարող է կապված լինել առանձին հիվանդությունների առաջացման հավանականության հետ։

Բժիշկների խոսքով՝ եթե մարդը հետևում է առողջ սննդակարգի, պահպանում է նորմալ քաշ, կանոնավոր շարժվում է, վերահսկում է զարկերակային ճնշումն ու արյան շաքարի մակարդակը և ժամանակին անցնում է կանխարգելիչ հետազոտություններ, ապա նրա կյանքի տևողության վրա այդ գործոնները շատ ավելի մեծ ազդեցություն կունենան, քան արյան խումբը։

 Past.am-ը հիշեցնում է, որ գիտական ուսումնասիրությունները շարունակվում են, և մինչ այժմ չկա ապացույց, որ որևէ արյան խումբ երաշխավորում է ավելի երկար կյանք։ Մասնագետների հիմնական խորհուրդը մնում է անփոփոխ՝ առողջ ապրելակերպն ու կանոնավոր բժշկական հսկողությունն են երկար և որակյալ կյանքի ամենակարևոր նախապայմանները։
