Տղամարդը ներխուժել է նախկին կնոջ տուն և դանակահարել նրա 5-ամյա որդուն

ԱՄՆ-ի Փայնվիլ քաղաքում 31-ամյա Ջեհազ-Ակիլ Խալիք Էչոլսը մեղադրվում է իր 5-ամյա որդու սպանության մեջ։ Ոստիկանության տվյալներով՝ նա ներխուժել է նախկին կնոջ բնակարան, դանակահարել երեխային և դեպքից հետո փախել։ Ավելի ուշ նրան ձերբակալել են Taco Bell արագ սննդի ռեստորանում։
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել հինգշաբթի օրը՝ կեսգիշերից անմիջապես հետո, Սաբալ Փոյնթ բնակելի համալիրում։ Դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են բազմաթիվ դանակահարված վերքեր ստացած երեխային։ Իրավապահները տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել և պարեկային մեքենայով նրան տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց, սակայն բժիշկներին չի հաջողվել փրկել նրա կյանքը։
Կասկածյալի նախկին կինը հայտնել է, որ տղամարդը կոտրել է բնակարանի դուռը, մտել որդու սենյակ և փակվել ներսից։ Լսելով աղմուկը՝ նա շտապել է սենյակ, սակայն այդ պահին կասկածյալն արդեն փախչել էր։ Երեխային նա գտել է հատակին՝ գլխի, պարանոցի և ձեռքերի շրջանում ստացած ծանր վնասվածքներով։ Տանը գտնվող մյուս երեխան չի տուժել։
Ոստիկանությունը կարճ ժամանակ անց Էչոլսին հայտնաբերել և ձերբակալել է մոտակա Taco Bell ռեստորանում։ Հանցագործության շարժառիթը դեռևս հայտնի չէ։
Իրավապահների տվյալներով՝ Էչոլսը նախկինում ևս խնդիրներ է ունեցել օրենքի հետ։ 2020 թվականին նա դատապարտվել էր կնոջ նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու համար։ Բացի այդ, այս տարի նրա դեմ հարուցվել էին ևս երկու քրեական գործ՝ ընտանեկան բռնության և ավտոմեքենայի ապօրինի յուրացման հետ կապված։
Ներկայումս Էչոլսը գտնվում է Մեկլենբուրգ շրջանի կալանավայրում՝ առանց գրավի ազատ արձակվելու հնարավորության։ Նրա հաջորդ դատական նիստը նշանակված է հուլիսի 30-ին։
