ԱՄՆ-ի Ֆլորիդա նահանգի Հալանդեյլ Բիչ քաղաքում երկու տարեկան աղջիկ է մահացել այն բանից հետո, երբ, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, դայակի անուշադրության հետևանքով ավելի քան երեք ժամ մնացել է շոգ եղանակին կայանված մեքենայում, հայտնում է Past.am-ը` հղում անելով The Sun-ին:
Ոստիկանության տվյալներով՝ երկու տարեկան Բրիթանի Նիկոլը շուրջ երեք ժամ փակված է մնացել միկրոավտոբուսում, մինչ նրա մայրը աշխատանքի էր։ Երբ երեխային հայտնաբերել են, դրսի օդի ջերմաստիճանը կազմել է մոտ 33 աստիճան Ցելսիուս (91°F)։ Աղջկան շտապ տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց, սակայն բժիշկներին չի հաջողվել փրկել նրա կյանքը։
Երեխայի մայրը հայտնել է, որ նախկինում երբեք խնդիրներ չի ունեցել դայակի հետ և վստահել է նրան։ Նրա խոսքով՝ աշխատանքի ընթացքում դայակը աղջկան թողել է իր հոր խնամքին, իսկ վերջինս, ըստ հաղորդումների, երեխային մոռացել է մեքենայում։
Սկզբում ոստիկանությունը հայտնել էր, որ այս փուլում չի նախատեսում մեղադրանք առաջադրել ո՛չ դայակին, ո՛չ էլ նրա հորը։ Ըստ իրավապահների՝ տղամարդու հոգեկան առողջական վիճակը կարող է իրավական գնահատականի վրա ազդեցություն ունենալ, իսկ դայակի հետ պաշտոնական պայմանագիր չի եղել։
Միաժամանակ Հալանդեյլ Բիչի ոստիկանությունը հայտարարել է, որ Բրովարդ շրջանի դատախազությունը շարունակում է ուսումնասիրել գործի բոլոր հանգամանքները՝ որոշելու՝ արդյոք քրեական մեղադրանքներ կառաջադրվեն։ Վերջնական որոշումը կընդունվի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքներից հետո։
