2018թ հեղափոխությունը ոչ միայն գործարար աշխարհի համար չբերեց ցանկալի
փոփոխությունը, այլև ավելի ագրեսիվ վերաբերմունք սկսվեց։ Նախկիններից ամեն օր դժգոհող իշխանությունները սկսեցին աճեցնել սեփական օլիգարխին, նույն ինքը Նարեկ Նալբանդյանին, ով չգիտես ինչպես ՌԴ արտահանումով զբաղվող մի քանի բեռնատար ունենալուց հետո կտրուկ դարձավ Եղվարդի կերերի գործարանի տերը, ով Կառավարության սեփականաշնորհած Ծաղկաձորի Գոլդեն Պալաս հյուրանոցը ձեռք բերեց անհամեմատ էժան գնով և այնպիսի պայմաններով, որ նման պայման ուրիշ որևէ գործարարի համար երբեք չի տրվել, ով մի քանի ամսում սկսեց բոլոր սուպերմարկետների ցանցերի տերերի հետ խոսել սպառնալիքի լեզվով։

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տիկնոջ Աննա Հակոբյանի ստեղծած «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամն էլ իր կողմից դարձավ նրան թևեր տալու նոր հնարավորություն։ ՈՒ դա սկսվեց պայմանավորվել այն սխեմայով ,երբ «ԻՄ քայլը» 1մլն, ապա 3մլն դրամով ընթրիքի էր հրավիրում գործարարներին, ապա մերժող գործարարները ընկնում էին «Սև ցուցակ» և նրանց դեմ սկսվում էր արշավ։ Որպեսզի արշավը կառավարության հետ չասոսացվեր, այն սկսում էր կատարվել իրենց հրապարակ բերած գործարարի միջոցով։

Այդպես սկսվեց «Օազիս» սուպերմարկետների ցանցի տերերի դեմ արշավը , ապա «Ծիրան» սուպերմարկետների ցանցի տիրոջ դեմ ուղիղ սպառնալիքներով արշավ։ Արշավն սկսվում է հարկային տեռորով, ապա բոլոր հնարավոր գերատեսչությունների կողմից ստուգումների բացումով։ Գործարար Արամ Հարությունյանի կողմից նման վերաբերմունքին լռությամբ արձագանքելը ավելի է կատաղեցրել ներկայիս իշխանությունների սրտի գործարար Նարեկ Նալբանդյանին , ով անցել է տարբեր մարդկանց միջոցով Արամ Հարությունյանին լուրեր ուղարկելով , թե կամ վաճառում ես բիզնեսդ, կամ քեզ թողում ենք ոչ մի բանով։

Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով նաև կյանքին վտանգ հասցնող սպառնալիքներ են հնչել նրանց նկատմամբ։ Փորձեցինք ճշտել հենց նրանցից։

Օազիս սուպերմարկետների ցանցի տիրոջ հետ կապնվել չհաջողվեց։ Իսկ Ծիրան
սուպերմարկետների ցանցի միակ սեփականատիրոջ Արամ Հարությունյանի հետ կարողացանք կարճ զրույց ունենալ։

Մեզ հասած այն տեղեկությունները ,թե բացի Արամ Հարությունյանից սպառնալիքներ է ստանում նաև նրա մայրը ՝ Ալվարդ Թունյանը , Արամ Հարությունյանը չհերքեց, ասաց որ սպառնալիք գրությունը ներկայացվել է Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոնի ոստիկանություն։ Այն հարցին, թե Նարեկ Նալբանդյանի վերջնական ուզածն ի՞նչ է , Արամ Հարությունյանը ասաց, որ դեռ մտածում են հնարավոր է պայքարեմ արդարության վերականգնման համար։

Արամ Հարությունյանը նշեց նաև,որ մոր՝ Ալվարդ Թունյանի նկատմամբ սպառնալիքները դիտարկում է ոչ միայն հասցեական մոր նկատմամբ այլև ողջ ընտանիքի։ Մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակից արձագանքել են, թե քանի ոստիկանությունը քննությունը չի ավարտել, իրենք անկարող են որևէ քայլ անել, իսկ ոստիկանությունն էլ ոչ միայն ընթացք չի տալիս,այլև քնեցնում է գործը։

Իսկ զուգահեռ իրականության մեջ ներկա իշխանությունների սրտի գործարարը
ամեաթողություն է դրսևորում նաև ՀՀ մարզերի աչքի ընկնող խանութների տերերի նկատմամբ ։
