2026-ի առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստանում օձերի հայտնաբերման վերաբերյալ կանչերի թիվն աճել է 13.3 տոկոսով

2026 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստանում օձերի հայտնաբերման վերաբերյալ գրանցվել է 629 կանչ, ինչը 74-ով կամ 13.3 տոկոսով ավելի է 2025 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝ այս մասին տեղեկացրել են ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից։
Նախարարության տվյալներով՝ 2026 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում հանրապետությունում հայտնաբերվել է 315 օձ, որոնցից 50-ը եղել են թունավոր։ 2025 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածում հայտնաբերվել էր 278 օձ, որոնցից 62-ը՝ թունավոր։ Ամենաշատ կանչերը գրանցվել են Երևանում՝ 268, Կոտայքի մարզում՝ 104 և Արարատի մարզում՝ 53։ Սյունիքում արձանագրվել է 46, Արագածոտնում՝ 45, Տավուշում՝ 37, Արմավիրում՝ 35, Վայոց ձորում՝ 22, Շիրակում՝ 11, Լոռիում՝ 5, իսկ Գեղարքունիքում՝ 3 դեպք։ Միաժամանակ, դեպքերի նվազում է արձանագրվել Արմավիրի, Վայոց ձորի, Շիրակի և Լոռու մարզերում։ Հարաբերական առումով ամենաբարձր աճը գրանցվել է Սյունիքի մարզում՝ 64.3 տոկոս, որին հաջորդում է Արարատի մարզը՝ 35.9 տոկոս աճով։ Ամենամեծ հարաբերական նվազումը գրանցվել է Շիրակի մարզում՝ 31.3 տոկոս։
«Մուրացան» համալսարանական հիվանդանոցային համալիրի Նորածնային և մանկական վերակենդանացման, թունաբանության և անեսթեզիոլոգիայի կլինիկայի թունաբանության ծառայության ղեկավար Մարինե Գրիգորյանի խոսքով՝ օձի կծածի հետքի և առկա ցավի դեպքում հսկողությունն անպայման պետք է իրականացվի հիվանդանոցային պայմաններում։ «Օձի կծածի դեպքում որպես առաջին օգնություն չի կարելի սեղմող կապ դնել, բերանով արտածծում կատարել, սառույց դնել, քանի որ, եթե կա տեղային հյուսվածքների վնասում թույնի ազդեցությամբ, այս բոլոր միջամտություններն ավելի կբարդացնեն թույնի ազդեցությունը»,- ասաց Գրիգորյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ օձի խայթոցից հետո նախ պետք է գնահատել խայթոցի հետքերը՝ հնարավորության դեպքում հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ տեսակի օձի հետ գործ ունենք։ «Սովորաբար մեկ կամ երկու տեսանելի վերք է լինում, եթե օձը թունավոր տեսակի է, վերջույթն արագ սկսում է այտուցվել։ Այդ դեպքում պետք է վերջույթն անշարժացնել, քանի որ շարժումները նպաստում են թույնի արագ տարածմանը։ Եթե օձը թունավոր չէ, հնարավոր է՝ տուժածն ու նրան օգնություն ցուցաբերողները չկարողանան դա գնահատել, այդուհանդերձ, տուժածը պետք է գտնվի բժշկական հսկողության տակ։ Եթե առկա է տեղային այտուց, կծածի շրջանում բշտերի առաջացում և պահպանվող ցավ, անհրաժեշտ է հսկողություն և պետք է որոշվի հակաթույնի ներարկման անհրաժեշտությունը»,- նշեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ օձի կծածից հետո հակաթույնը հնարավորինս արագ ներարկելը կարևոր է բարդությունները կանխելու համար։
Մարինե Գրիգորյանի խոսքով՝ օձի կծածը կարող է հանգեցնել մի շարք բարդությունների, այդ թվում՝ տեղային հյուսվածքների վնասման, արյան կարմիր գնդիկների և մկանային հյուսվածքի քայքայման։ Նրա խոսքով՝ նման դեպքերում անհրաժեշտ է շարունակական բժշկական հսկողություն և համապատասխան բուժում, իսկ ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցը հակաթույնի ներարկումն է։
Թունաբանը նշեց, որ վերականգնման ընթացքը կախված է թունավորման և վնասվածքի աստիճանից, ինչպես նաև տուժածի տարիքից և քաշից։ Նրա խոսքով՝ փոքր տարիքի երեխաներն ավելի խոցելի են թույնի ազդեցության նկատմամբ, ուստի նրանց մոտ ինտոքսիկացիայի երևույթներն ավելի արտահայտված են լինում։ Կարևոր նշանակություն ունի նաև այն, թե օձը հասուն է եղել, թե ձագ, քանի որ փոքր օձերը սովորաբար ավելի քիչ թույն են պարունակում, և դրանց կծածը, որպես կանոն, դրսևորվում է ավելի մեղմ ախտանիշներով։
