Ստամբուլի Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարում Աստվածաշունչ կարդալու համար ձերբակալված Ռուսաստանի երկու քաղաքացիներին նախատեսվում է հուլիսի 17-ին արտաքսել հայրենիք։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել են իրավիճակին ծանոթ աղբյուրները։

«Արտաքսումը նախատեսված է ուրբաթ օրը»,- նշել են աղբյուրները։

Ստամբուլում ՌԴ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը հայտնել է, որ ռուսաստանցիներ Վիկտորյա և Իգոր Ֆիլոնովներին ոստիկանության կողմից ձերբակալվելուց հետո տեղափոխել են արտաքսման կենտրոն։ Միգրացիայի հարցերով վարչությունը լուծում է նրանց արտաքսման հարցը։ Ռուս դիվանագետները հարցը պահում են իրենց վերահսկողության տակ, նշել են դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունում։

Գերատեսչության տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ հուլիսի 14-ին գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն է ստացվել ռուսաստանցիների հարազատների դիմումը՝ նրանց ձերբակալության մասին տեղեկատվությամբ։ Ռուս դիվանագետները օպերատիվ կապ են հաստատել Ստամբուլի Ֆաթիհ թաղամասի ոստիկանության բաժնի հետ, ուր տեղափոխվել էին Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիները, և կապի մեջ են թուրքական իրավասու մարմինների հետ։

Ինչպես հայտնի է դարձել ՏԱՍՍ-ին, ռուսաստանցիների ձերբակալությունը տեղի է ունեցել այցելուների համար նախատեսված գոտում բարձրաձայն Աստվածաշունչ կարդալու վերաբերյալ կարգապահների նախազգուշացումից հետո։ Թուրքիայում գործող մզկիթի ներսում քրիստոնեական կրոնական արարողությունների անցկացումը կամ ոչ մուսուլմանական կրոնական գրականության ցուցադրական ընթերցումը որակվում է որպես հասարակական կարգի խախտում։

Ձերբակալված ռուսաստանցիների նկատմամբ ոստիկանությունում կազմվել է իրավախախտման արձանագրություն՝ Թուրքիայի Քրեական օրենսգրքի 216-րդ հոդվածի հիմքով («Բնակչության շրջանում ատելության կամ թշնամանքի հրահրում կամ բնակչության առանձին խմբերի նվաստացում»)։ Այն նախատեսում է ազատազրկում վեց ամսից մինչև մեկ տարի ժամկետով, եթե գործողությունը պոտենցիալ ռիսկ է ստեղծում հասարակական կարգի համար, և օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների արտաքսում։

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը 2020 թվականի հուլիսին ստորագրել է հրամանագիր, որի համաձայն՝ թանգարանի կարգավիճակում գտնվող Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարը պաշտոնապես դարձել է մզկիթ։
