Վերջին տարիներին բնակարանային գողության դեպքերի աճ է նկատվում Արմավիրի մարզում ու ցավալի է, որ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Վաղարշապատի և Արմավիրի բաժիններում հետևություններ չեն անում, չեն բացահայտվում բնակարանային գողությունների մեծ մասը, ինչից հավանաբար գողը կամ գողերը ոգևորվելով շարունակում են իրենց սև գործը։Հուլիսի 14-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն են ստացվել, որ Էջմիածին խոշորացված համայնքի Արշալույս բնակավայրում հերթական տունն են թալանել։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված հասցե են ժամանել Արմավիրի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանները՝ վարչության պետ Երվանդ Նիկոյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանի գլխավորությամբ։ 

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։ 

Նշված տան բնակիչ 55-ամյա Վարդան Վ․-ն հայտնել է, որ հուլիսի 13-ին ժամը 18:00-ից մինչև հուլիսի 14-ի ժամը 01:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ինքը և ընտանիքի անդամները բացակայել են տանից, ապա վերադառնալով տուն հայտնաբերել են, որ անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք տան ետնամասի հատվածում գտնվող պատուհանի երկաթյա ճաղավանդակը և եվրոպատուհանը հարմարեցված առարկայով բացելու միջոցով մտել են տուն, խառնել ննջասենյակների իրերը, այնտեղից գողացել են ոսկյա շղթա, մատանի, կախազարդ և գումար։

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում «բնակարանային գողություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ տան տերերը մասնակցելիս են եղել գյուղում հարսանեկան արարողության, որից հետո այն շարունակվել է Երևան-Արմավիր ավտոճանապարհի «Դվին» ռեստորանային համալիրում, ու հավանաբար գողը կամ գողերը քաջատեղյակ են եղել, որ այդ ժամին նշված տան տերերը բացակայում են, ինչից հետո կատարել են իրենց սև գործը։

Արդյոք նշված բնակարանային գողությունը կբացահայտվի, կհայտնաբերվեն գողը կամ գողերը և գողոնը, տան տերերի հարազատների համար պարզ չէ, քանի որ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ հարսանիքի օրերին այդ մարզում բնակարաններ են թալանվում, և մեծ մասն այդպես էլ մնում են չբացահայտված:
