Համայնքային ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժնի ծառայողները հուլիսի 15-ին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էին ստացել, որ Ալափարս գյուղի բնակիչը թմրամիջոց պատրաստելու նպատակով տնամերձ հողամասում կանեփ է աճեցնում։ Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ 39-ամյա տղամարդու տնամերձ հողամասում հայտնաբերվել է կանեփի 419 բույս։

Բնակության հասցեում կանեփ աճեցնելու վերաբերյալ օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էին ստացել նաև Համայնքային ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի ծառայողները։ Մերձավան մեկնած համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։

Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ Մերձավան գյուղի բնակիչ 44-ամյա տղամարդու տան բակում և հարակից հատվածում հայտնաբերվել է կանեփի 14 բույս։ Տանտերը հայտնել է, որ կանեփն աճեցրել է թմրամիջոց պատրաստելու նպատակով։

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էին ստացել նաև Համայնքային ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի ծառայողները։ Տեղեկության համաձայն՝ Սարդարապատ գյուղի բնակիչը տան բակում և կից շինությունում պահում էր կանեփից պատրաստած թմրամիջոց։ Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ 39-ամյա տղամարդու տան բակում հայտնաբերվել է չորացված, մանրացված կանեփանման զանգվածով 3 փաթեթ՝ ընդհանուր 12,13 գրամ քաշով։ Տանտերը հայտնել է, որ հայտնաբերվածը թմրամիջոց է, որը պատրաստել է իր աճեցրած կանեփից։

Ըստ Համայնքային ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժնի ծառայողների ստացած տեղեկության՝ տան բակում կանեփ էր աճեցնում նաև Գյումրի քաղաքի 38-ամյա բնակիչը։ Նա հրավիրվել է բաժին և բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում հայտնել, որ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։ Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ 38-ամյա գյումրեցու՝ Խորենացու փողոցում գտնվող տան բակում հայտնաբերվել է կանեփի 71 բույս։

Հուլիսի 15-ին Համայնքային ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժնի ծառայողները օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էին ստացել, որ Մալիշկա գյուղի բնակիչ 27-ամյա երիտասարդը կանեփի բույսեր է աճեցնում։ Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ Մալիշկա գյուղի նշված առանձնատանը կից հողամասում հայտնաբերվել է կանեփի 12 բույս։
Բոլոր դեպքերով նախաքննություն է կատարվում։
