ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Փոքր Վեդի գյուղի մանկապարտեզի դաստիարակի կողմից անչափահասի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ և հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:

Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Փոքր Վեդի գյուղի մանկապարտեզի դաստիարակը տևական ժամանակ չհամակերպվելով և չհանդուրժելով երեխայի աշխույժ վարքագիծը, անօգնական վիճակում գտնվող անչափահասին ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ և հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ, 2024 թվականի ապրիլ-մայիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում մանկապարտեզի ննջարանում նախ քաշքշել, ապա հարվածել է երեխայի գլխին, որից հետո նրա լացը հարկադրաբար լռեցնելու նպատակով հարվածել է ևս մեկ անգամ:

Դաստիարակի նկատմամբ հսկող դատախազի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 196-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (անչափահասի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելը):

Քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին, հայտնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն
