Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքում վաղուց ձևավորված խնդիրներից մեկն այն է, որ բազմաթիվ քաղաքական ուժեր առավել ակտիվ են դառնում միայն ընտրություններից առաջ։ Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում հնչում են բազմաթիվ խոստումներ, անցկացվում են հանդիպումներ, սակայն քվեարկությունից հետո այդ ակտիվությունը հաճախ կտրուկ նվազում է։ Տարիների ընթացքում հենց այս գործելաոճն է հասարակության մի մասի մոտ ձևավորել անվստահություն և հիասթափություն քաղաքական համակարգի նկատմամբ։

Վերջին շրջանում, սակայն, քաղաքական դաշտում նկատվում են այլ մոտեցումների դրսևորումներ։ Ընդդիմադիր մի շարք ուժեր ընտրություններից հետո ևս շարունակում են այցելել մարզեր և համայնքներ, հանդիպել քաղաքացիների հետ ու տեղում ծանոթանալ նրանց խնդիրներին՝ փորձելով պահպանել ընտրողների հետ անմիջական կապը նաև հետընտրական փուլում։

Այս համատեքստում ուշադրության է արժանանում նաև «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների գործունեությունը։ Վերջին շաբաթներին կուսակցության ղեկավար կազմի անդամները, այդ թվում՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, շրջայցեր են կատարում հանրապետության տարբեր բնակավայրերում՝ հանդիպելով բնակիչների, լսելով նրանց մտահոգություններն ու քննարկելով համայնքներում առկա խնդիրները։

Նման հանդիպումների նպատակը միայն քաղաքացիների հետ շփումը չէ։ Տեղերում բարձրացված հարցերը համակարգվում են՝ սկսած սոցիալական և տնտեսական խնդիրներից մինչև ենթակառուցվածքների, տեղական ինքնակառավարման և համայնքային զարգացման հետ կապված հարցեր։ Այս ձևաչափը հնարավորություն է տալիս քաղաքական ուժին պատկերացում կազմել այն մարտահրավերների մասին, որոնց մարդիկ առնչվում են առօրյայում։

Քաղաքագետների գնահատմամբ՝ եթե նման գործելաոճը դառնա կայուն քաղաքական մշակույթ, ապա այն կարող է նպաստել հասարակության և քաղաքական ուժերի միջև վստահության վերականգնմանը։ Երբ ընտրություններից հետո կապը քաղաքացիների հետ չի ընդհատվում, ընտրողը զգում է, որ իր ձայնն ու բարձրացրած խնդիրները շարունակում են մնալ ուշադրության կենտրոնում։

Այս մոտեցումը կարող է նաև ազդեցություն ունենալ ամբողջ քաղաքական դաշտի վրա՝ խթանելով մյուս քաղաքական ուժերին ևս ավելի ակտիվ աշխատել ոչ միայն նախընտրական շրջանում, այլ նաև ընտրություններից հետո՝ համայնքներում և քաղաքացիների հետ անմիջական շփման միջոցով։
