Գազի գինը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի ամենազգայուն տնտեսական թեմաներից մեկը։ Յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիք, հատկապես ձմռանը, անմիջապես զգում է դրա ազդեցությունը՝ ջեռուցման, տաք ջրի և ընդհանուր կենցաղային ծախսերի միջոցով։ Այդ պատճառով քաղաքացիներին ամենաշատը հետաքրքրում է մեկ հարց՝ կթանկանա՞ գազը այս տարի, թե՞ գինը կմնա նույնը։

Այս պահին պաշտոնական մակարդակով կտրուկ թանկացման մասին որոշում չկա, սակայն տնտեսագետները նշում են, որ գազի վերջնական գնի վրա ազդում են մի շարք գործոններ, որոնք տարվա ընթացքում կարող են փոփոխվել։ Հայաստանը բնական գազի հիմնական մասը ստանում է Ռուսաստանից, ուստի կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն մատակարարման պայմանները, միջազգային էներգետիկ շուկայի տատանումները և դրամի փոխարժեքը։

Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ՝ ամենահավանական սցենարը ներկայիս սակագների պահպանումն է մինչև տարեվերջ։ Դա նշանակում է, որ եթե չլինեն արտաքին շոկեր, բնակչության համար գործող գները կարող են էականորեն չփոխվել։ Սակայն կա նաև երկրորդ՝ ռիսկային սցենարը։ Եթե ձմռանը գազի պահանջարկը կտրուկ աճի, միջազգային շուկաներում էներգակիրների գները բարձրանան կամ փոխվեն մատակարարման պայմանները, հնարավոր է քննարկվի սահմանափակ թանկացման տարբերակը։

Past.am-ի հետ զրուցած տնտեսագետները ուշադրություն են հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ գազի գինը միայն կոմունալ վճարի հարց չէ։ Այն ազդում է նաև էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների, հացի և մի շարք սննդամթերքների ինքնարժեքի վրա։ Այսինքն՝ նույնիսկ փոքր փոփոխությունը կարող է շղթայական ազդեցություն ունենալ տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտների վրա։

Վերջին տարիներին պետությունը փորձել է պահպանել գների հարաբերական կայունությունը, քանի որ գազի կտրուկ թանկացումը կարող է սոցիալական լուրջ հետևանքներ ունենալ։ Սակայն տնտեսագետները հիշեցնում են, որ երկարաժամկետ կայունությունը կախված է ոչ միայն սուբսիդավորումից, այլև էներգետիկ համակարգի արդյունավետությունից և այլընտրանքային էներգիայի զարգացման տեմպերից։

Այս տարվա հիմնական հարցը, ըստ մասնագետների, ոչ այնքան «կթանկանա՞ գազը», որքան այն է, կկարողանա՞ն ընտանիքները դիմակայել հնարավոր լրացուցիչ ծախսերին, եթե ձմեռը լինի երկար և էներգիայի պահանջարկը բարձր։ Հենց այդ պատճառով խորհուրդ է տրվում արդեն հիմա ուշադրություն դարձնել բնակարանների ջերմամեկուսացմանը, էներգախնայող սարքերի օգտագործմանը և ձմեռային ծախսերի ավելի հստակ պլանավորմանը։
