Վերջին օրերին հանրային տիրույթում և սոցիալական հարթակներում տարածվում են «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից մատակարարվող խմելու ջրի որակի վերաբերյալ տարբեր գնահատականներ և պնդումներ, որոնք հիմնված չեն մասնագիտական եզրակացությունների կամ պաշտոնական տվյալների վրա։
«Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ն հայտարարում է, որ սպառողներին մատակարարվող խմելու ջուրը գտնվում է անընդհատ և շուրջօրյա վերահսկողության ներքո: Ջրի որակը պարբերաբար ստուգվում է լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների միջոցով, իսկ ստացված արդյունքները մշտապես գնահատվում են գործող նորմատիվ պահանջներին համապատասխան։
Միաժամանակ հարկ է ընդգծել, որ խմելու ջրի որակի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն իրականացնում է ոչ միայն «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ն։ Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, այն մշտապես վերահսկվում է նաև պետական իրավասու մարմինների կողմից, որոնք իրականացնում են անկախ վերահսկողություն և արձանագրում են ցանկացած խախտում։ Հետևաբար, եթե խմելու ջրի որակի հետ կապված առկա լինեին առողջության համար վտանգ ներկայացնող շեղումներ կամ գործող նորմերի խախտումներ, դրանք անպայման կարձանագրվեին պետական վերահսկողություն իրականացնող մարմինների կողմից և կդառնային հանրային իրազեկման առարկա։
Հարկ ենք համարում նաև ընդգծել, որ հանրային քննարկումների առարկա դարձած ջրի կոշտությունը խմելու ջրի անվտանգության չափանիշ չէ և չի համարվում առողջության համար վտանգ ներկայացնող գործոն։ Ջրի կոշտությունը պայմանավորված է միայն տվյալ ջրաղբյուրի երկրաբանական առանձնահատկություններով։ Իսկ քանի որ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ն տարբեր տարածաշրջաններում իր սպառողների ջրամատակարարումն իրականացնում է տարբեր ջրաղբյուրներից, հետևաբար ջրի առանձին ֆիզիկաքիմիական ցուցանիշները, այդ թվում՝ կոշտությունը, կարող են տարբեր լինել՝ պայմանավորված բացառապես աղբյուրների բնական առանձնահատկություններով։ Հատկանշական է նաև, որ 2027 թվականից ուժի մեջ մտնող նոր կարգավորումները ևս արտացոլում են ջրի կոշտության նկատմամբ կիրառվող մոտեցումների փոփոխությունը՝ այն չդիտարկելով որպես հանրային առողջության ռիսկ բնութագրող ցուցանիշ (որոշումը՝ https://www.arlis.am/hy/acts/185734):

Միաժամանակ կոչ ենք անում լրատվամիջոցներին, սոցիալական հարթակների օգտատերերին և բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերին զերծ մնալ ընկերության գործունեության վերաբերյալ չստուգված, մասնագիտական եզրակացություններով չհիմնավորված և ընկերության նկատմամբ ուղղորդված բնույթ կրող տեղեկությունների տարածումից։ Հանրային առողջությանը վերաբերող ցանկացած տեղեկատվություն պետք է հիմնված լինի բացառապես փաստերի, լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքների և իրավասու մարմինների պաշտոնական գնահատականների վրա։
