Ամառը ոչ միայն հանգստի և ճանապարհորդությունների, այլև սննդային թունավորումների ակտիվ սեզոնն է։ Բարձր ջերմաստիճանը ստեղծում է իդեալական պայմաններ բակտերիաների արագ բազմացման համար, և նույնիսկ մի քանի ժամ սառնարանից դուրս մնացած սնունդը կարող է վտանգավոր դառնալ։ Բժիշկների խոսքով՝ ամռանը ամենահաճախ հանդիպող թունավորումների զգալի մասը կապված է երեք հիմնական մթերքային խմբի հետ։

1. Մայոնեզով աղցաններ և սոուսներ

Օլիվյե, մայրաքաղաքային աղցան, հավով աղցաններ և այլ մայոնեզ պարունակող ուտեստներ ամռանը համարվում են ամենավտանգավորներից։ Մայոնեզը, ձուն և միսը միասին ստեղծում են միջավայր, որտեղ բակտերիաները շատ արագ են բազմանում։ Եթե նման աղցանը երկար ժամանակ մնա սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում, հատկապես տոնական սեղանի վրա, թունավորման ռիսկը կտրուկ աճում է։

2. Կաթնամթերք և սերուցքային աղանդեր

Կրեմով տորթեր, էկլերներ, սերուցքային աղանդեր, չսառեցված մածուն և այլ կաթնամթերք նույնպես հաճախ են դառնում թունավորման աղբյուր։ Ամռան շոգին դրանց պահպանման պայմանների նույնիսկ փոքր խախտումը կարող է հանգեցնել վտանգավոր միկրոօրգանիզմների զարգացման։ Հատկապես ռիսկային են փողոցում կամ երկար ժամանակ առանց սառնարանի վաճառվող քաղցրավենիքները։

3. Միս և խորոված, որը ճիշտ չի պահվել

Շատերը կարծում են, որ եթե միսը խորովվել է, ապա այն լիովին անվտանգ է։ Սակայն խնդիրը հաճախ սկսվում է մինչև պատրաստելը։ Եթե միսը երկար ժամանակ մնացել է մեքենայում, արևի տակ կամ ոչ բավարար սառեցման պայմաններում, բակտերիաները կարող են արդեն ակտիվորեն բազմանալ։ Նույնիսկ պատրաստելուց հետո սխալ պահպանումը կարող է կրկին վտանգավոր դարձնել սնունդը։

Past.am-ի հետ զրուցած մասնագետները նշում են, որ սննդային թունավորման հիմնական ախտանիշներն են՝ սրտխառնոց, փսխում, որովայնի ցավեր, լուծ, ջերմություն, թուլություն և գլխապտույտ։ Երեխաների և տարեցների մոտ ջրազրկումը կարող է զարգանալ շատ արագ, ուստի նման դեպքերում անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել բժշկի։

Բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս ամռանը պահպանել մի քանի պարզ կանոն․ չգնել երկար ժամանակ արևի տակ վաճառվող սնունդ, մայոնեզով աղցանները պահել միայն սառնարանում, չթողնել պատրաստի ուտեստները ժամերով սեղանին և կասկածելի հոտ կամ տեսք ունեցող մթերքը անմիջապես դեն նետել։

Հաճախ մարդիկ փորձում են «մի փոքր համտեսել, որ չկորի», բայց հենց այդ փոքր քանակը կարող է բավական լինել ծանր թունավորման համար։ Ամռանը սննդի անվտանգության հարցում զգուշությունը ոչ թե չափազանցություն է, այլ առողջության պահպանման կարևոր պայման։
