«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գործող իշխանության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որը դեռ 2019 թվականին ասում էր՝ «Հայաստանում դատավոր կա՞, որ կարա իմ ասածը չանի», շարունակում է հետևողականորեն դատական համակարգը զրկել ինքնուրույնությունից ու անկախությունից: Բացի նրանից, որ արդարադատության նախարարություն-ԲԴԽ «շղթայով» կարգապահական վարույթներ են նախաձեռնում ու պատիժներ տալիս այն դատավորներին, որոնք չեն տեղավորվում իրենց ցանկալի «շրջանակներում», իշխանությունները չեն խորշում նաև այլ՝ զազրելի մեթոդներից:

Օրինակ՝ օրերս սոցցանցերի պրոիշխանական մի շարք էջեր և օգտատերեր ակտիվորեն սկսեցին տարածել սեքսուալ բնույթի ինչոր նամակագրություններ, որտեղ արծարծվում էր նաև ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր Սարգիս Պետրոսյանի անունը: Վերջինս տարածեց հերքող հայտարարություն, որտեղ մասնավորաբար գրել էր. «Սոցիալական ցանցերում իմ վերաբերյալ տարածվող իբր սեքսուալ բնույթի նամակագրությունները ստոր կեղծիք են։ Դրանց տարածումն ակնհայտորեն նպատակ ունի վարկաբեկելու ԻՄ ՀԵՂԻՆԱԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ՝ կապված ԴԱՏԱՎՈՐԻ իմ մասնագիտական գործունեության հետ։ Նշված փաստի առթիվ ներկայացրել եմ հանցանքի մասին հաղորդում։ Այս հանցավոր արարքի կազմակերպիչներն ու կատարողները կհայտնաբերվեն և կենթարկվեն քրեական պատասխանատվության»:

Հատկապես վերջին նախադասության հետ կապված դատավոր Պետրոսյանի վստահությունն, իհարկե, նախանձելի է, քանզի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք հազիվ թե պատասխանատվության մասին կարող է խոսք լինել այն դեպքում, երբ հիմնական տարածողները հենց պրոիշխանական հարթակներն են: Ի դեպ, հիշեցնենք, որ Պետրոսյանը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուսների «գործով» դատավորն է, մի քանի այլ հնչեղ գործեր ևս նրան են մակագրվել, հայտնի է նաև նրանով, որ ժամանակին եղել է ՔՊ անդամ, ինչի հիմքով փաստաբանները դատական նիստերին ոչ մեկ անգամ ներկայացրել են դատավորի ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություններ: Ավելին, նախկին քպականության հետ կապված տեղեկության հրապարակման հետ կապված՝ նեղացել ու դատարանի դահլիճից հեռացրել էր լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի լրագրողին:

Այսուամենայնիվ, ինչո՞ւ են իշխանությունները թիրախավորել դատավորին: Փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ այդպես լինում է այն դեպքերում, երբ որևէ դատավոր փորձում է ինքնուրույնություն դրսևորել, դատավորի կոչմանը հավատարիմ գործել, այլ ոչ թե իշխանության հրահանգներով: Այնպես որ, չի բացառվում, որ Սարգիս Պետրոսյանը ևս իշխանությունների կողմից դասվել է վերջիններիս խմբում և հայտնվել «սև ցուցակում», այսինքն նրանց շարքում, որոնք չեն տեղավորվում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամքը կուրորեն կատարողների, «սրտի դատավորների» խմբում:
