Սթրեսը բնորոշ է ոչ միայն մեծերին, այլեւ երեխաներին։ Ապացուցված է, որ սթրեսների նկատմամբ հակվածությունը ժառանգական բնույթ ունի։ Բացի այդ, այն երեխաները, որոնց մայրերը հղիության ընթացքում սթրեսիային վիճակում են եղել, ավելի հակված են սթրեսների։ Բացի այդ՝ տանը, դպրոցում եւ այլ ծանրաբեռնվածությունը կարող է սթրեսի հանգեցնել։

Ինչպես կարող են ծնողները հասկանալ, որ իրենց երեխաները սթրես են տանում, որպեսզի արագ օգնեն փոքրիկներին։

Հետընթաց

Երբ երեխան հանկարծ հետ է գնում մանկական սովորություններին՝ իր հանդեպ մեծ ուշադրություն է պահանջում, սկսում մատը ծծել, միզում է անկողնում եւ այլն։ Ծնողները պետք է ավելի շատ ուշադրություն դարձնեն փոքրիկներին նման դեպքում։

Վախեր

Վախերը կարող են տարիքային լինել։ Սակայն լինում է այնպես, որ սթրեսի երեխաների վախերը սրվում են, նոր ձեւ ստանում։ Երեխան սկսում է վախենալ բաներից, որոնցից նախկինում չէր վախենում։ Սա կարող է խոսել, որ ընտանիքում ինչ որ բան այն չէ։

Ագրեսիվություն

Երեխաների մոտ ագրեսիայի առկայությունը տարբեր պատճառներ կարող է ունենալ, որոնցից մեկը՝ սթրեսը։ Նա կարող է սկսել կռվել, խփել։ Տրամադրության տատանումներ Եթե երեխայի տրամադրությունը հաճախ է փոփոխվում, մեկ տխուր է, մեկ ագրեսիվ եւ այլն, նույնպես սթրեսի նշան է։

Խնդիրներ առողջության հետ

Նյարդային խնդիրների ֆոնին երեխայի գլուխը կամ փորը կարող է ցավալ, ջերմությունը բարձրանա, առանց պատճառի ցան առաջանա։

Երեխան սկսում է վատ քնել, ուշ է քնում, հաճախ արթնանում։

Արագ հոգնածություն

Սթրեսի դեպքում երեխան արագ է սկսում հոգնել, մոռացկոտ ու ցրված է դառնում։ Շփումից հրաժարվել։ Երեխան սկսում է վախենալ շփվելուց, դադարում է շփումները մարդկանց հետ, նախընտրում է միայնությունը։ ԵԹե զգում եք, որ ձեր երեխաների մոտ կան այս երեւույթներից, նրան ավելի շատ ուշադրություն դարձրեք, ժամանակ տրամադրեք եւ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ դիմեք համապատասխան մասնագետի։
