Երիկամները մարդու օրգանիզմի ամենակարեւոր օրգաններից են։ Դրանք շատ կարեւոր դեր են տանում, եւ եթե երիկամների հետ խնդիրներ են առաջանում, մարդ չի կարող լիարժեք կյանքով ապրել, իսկ լուրջ խնդիրները մահվան են հանգեցնում։ Սակայն հաճախ մենք ինքներս ենք սպանում մեր երիկմաները։ Ահա այս տասը սովորությունները դրանք ուղղակի սպանում են, եւ ժամանակն է, որպեսզի հրաժարվենք դրանցից։

Գիտականորեն ապացուցված է, որ ալկոհոլն ու ծխախոտը վատ ազդեցություն են թողնում առողջության վրա։ Դրանք մեծ ազդեցություն են ունենում երիկամների վրա՝ սպանելով դրանք։

Քնի ժամանակ է, որ երիկամների հյուսվածքը նորոգվում է։ Եւ եթե դուք քիչ եք քնում, այդ գործընթացը չի կատարվում, եւ երիկամների ֆունկցիան խախտվում է։

Կոֆեին պարունակող մթերքների մեծ քանակությամբ օգտագործումը առաջին հերթին վնասում է երիկամները։

Եթե միզապարկը լիքն է, բայց ուշ եք զուգարան գնում, նույնպես երիկմաների ֆունկցիան խանգարվում է։
