Զինաիդա Վարդպարոնյանը 2026 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին Մարիամ Մանուկյանից դեպի Եգիպտոս տուրիստական փաթեթ է գնել։ Նրա մասին իմացել է մատնահարդար ընկերուհուց, որի հաճախորդն է Մարիամ Մանուկյանը։ Զինաիդայի խոսքով` Մարիամն ասել էր, որ զբոսաշրջային ծառայություններ է մատուցում և առաջարկել արտերկրի ուղևորությունների փաթեթներ` շուկայականից զգալիորեն  մատչելի գներով։

«Ընկերուհիս առաջինն էր իրենից փաթեթ պատվիրել։ Ասում էր՝ սկզբում կանխավճարն են փոխանցում, հետո՝ տոմսերը ստանալուց առաջ, մնացած գումարը։ Երբ տեսա, որ ինքը պատվիրել է, ես էլ խնդրեցի Մարիամի հեռախոսահամարը, որովհետև ուզում էի Եգիպտոս մեկնել»,- պատմում է Զինաիդան։

Մարիամ Մանուկյանը նրան տարբեր առաջարկներ է ուղարկել, որոնք մոտ 30 տոկոսով ավելի մատչելի են եղել, քան այլ ընկերությունների առաջարկները։ Զինաիդան ընտրել է տարբերակներից մեկը և 2026 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին փոխանցել է 50 000 դրամ կանխավճար, օրեր անց՝ 182 000 դրամ՝ հյուրանոցի ամրագրման համար, հետո էլ փոխանցել է մնացած 235 հազար դրամը։ Ընդհանուր վճարել է 467 հազար դրամ։

«Ամբողջ գումարը փոխանցելուց հետո սպասում էի, որ կուղարկի տոմսերը, ամրագրումերը։ Բայց երկու օր էր՝ չէր պատասխանում ո՛չ զանգերին, ո՛չ հաղորդագրություններին։ Մեր ամբողջ նամակագրությունն ու փոխանցումների կտրոնները պահպանել եմ»,- ասում է նա։

Զինաիդան սկզբում մտածել է, թե պարզապես կապի խնդիր է, կամ Մարիամը քաղաքում չէ, բայց կասկածները հաստատվել են, երբ իրենց երրորդ ընկերուհին, որը նույնպես Մարիամ Մանուկյանի միջոցով ավիատոմս էր ձեռք բերել, հուլիսի 13-ին օդանավակայանում պարզել է, որ իր անունով որևէ ամրագրում կամ ավիատոմս գոյություն չունի, իր մոտ առկա ամեն ինչ կեղծ է, ու չի կարողացել մեկնել հանգստանալու։

Զինաիդայի և մյուս ընկերուհու տոմսերն օգոստոսի համար էին ամրագրված, նրանք հասկացել են, որ իրենք էլ չեն մեկնելու, քանի որ խաբեության զոհ են դարձել։

«Ջան Արմենիա» ընկերության փաստաբան Հայկ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ Կենտրոնի քննչական բաժնում քննվում է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հափշտակության վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթ, որով ընկերությունը ներգրավված է որպես տուժող։

Ըստ փաստաբանի՝ Մարիամ Մանուկյանի գործողությունների հետևանքով ընկերությանը պատճառվել է շուրջ 14 միլիոն դրամի վնաս։ «Ջան Արմենիան» սեփական միջոցներով ամբողջությամբ փոխհատուցել է իր հաճախորդների կրած վնասները՝ կատարելով նրանց նկատմամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունները։
