Ամառվա վերջին և աշնան սկզբին Հայաստանում սովորաբար ավելանում են սեզոնային վարակների դեպքերը։ Մասնագետները նշում են, որ օգոստոսին բարձր ջերմաստիճանը, հանգստավայրերից վերադարձը, մեծ հավաքներն ու սննդամթերքի ոչ ճիշտ պահպանումը նպաստում են մի շարք վարակների տարածմանը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է  Past.am-ը, այս շրջանում առավել հաճախ հանդիպում են աղիքային վարակներ, որոնք կարող են ուղեկցվել սրտխառնոցով, փսխումով, փորլուծությամբ և բարձր ջերմությամբ։ Վտանգը մեծանում է հատկապես այն դեպքում, երբ օգտագործվում են շոգին երկար մնացած սննդամթերք կամ ոչ բավարար մշակված միս, ձուկ, կաթնամթերք ու աղցաններ։

Բացի դրանից, ամռան վերջին ակտիվանում են նաև տարբեր շնչառական վիրուսներ։ Թեև աշնան ամիսներին դրանք ավելի լայն տարածում են ստանում, առաջին դեպքերը հաճախ գրանցվում են հենց օգոստոսի երկրորդ կեսից, երբ մարդիկ վերադառնում են աշխատանք և ուսումնական գործընթաց։

Բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել երեխաների առողջությանը։ Լողավազաններ, մանկական խաղահրապարակներ և ամառային ճամբարներ հաճախող երեխաների շրջանում վիրուսները կարող են արագ փոխանցվել, ուստի կարևոր է հաճախ լվանալ ձեռքերը, չօգտագործել ընդհանուր սրբիչներ և խմել միայն անվտանգ ջուր։

Մասնագետները նաև հորդորում են չմոռանալ ջրազրկման վտանգի մասին։ Շոգ եղանակին օրգանիզմը մեծ քանակությամբ հեղուկ է կորցնում, ինչը կարող է թուլացնել իմունային համակարգը և բարձրացնել վարակների նկատմամբ զգայունությունը։ Օրվա ընթացքում անհրաժեշտ է բավարար քանակությամբ ջուր օգտագործել և հնարավորինս խուսափել արևի տակ երկար մնալուց։

Եթե բարձր ջերմությունը, փորլուծությունը, փսխումը կամ այլ ախտանշանները պահպանվում են ավելի քան մեկ օր կամ արագ վատթարանում են, մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ և դիմել բժշկի, հատկապես եթե խոսքը երեխաների, տարեցների կամ քրոնիկական հիվանդություններ ունեցող անձանց մասին է։
