Ռազմական կրթական ծրագրերի ընդունելության տարիքային առավելագույն շեմը նախատեսվում է բարձրացնել մինչև 45 տարեկան

Հայաստանում նախատեսվում է ընդլայնել որոշ զինծառայողների՝ բարձրագույն ռազմական կրթական ծրագրերով ուսումնառության հնարավորությունները՝ ընդունելության տարիքային առավելագույն շեմը սահմանելով 45 տարեկան։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Պաշտպանության նախարարության մշակած կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը հրապարակվել է Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում։
Նախագծով, մասնավորապես, առաջարկվում է գումարտակների, դիվիզիոնների և էսկադրիլիաների հրամանատարների ու նրանց տեղակալների համար բարձրագույն ռազմական կրթական ծրագրերի ընդունելությանը մասնակցելու տարիքային առավելագույն շեմը 37-ից բարձրացնել մինչև 45 տարեկան։
Ընդունելության կարգով նախատեսված մեկ այլ խմբի համար սահմանված 40 տարեկանի շեմը ևս առաջարկվում է բարձրացնել մինչև 45 տարեկան։
Նախագծի հիմնավորման համաձայն՝ փոփոխությունը պայմանավորված է արհեստավարժ զինված ուժերի ձևավորման և ռազմական կրթության զարգացման անհրաժեշտությամբ։ Նոր կարգավորումը համապատասխան պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող զինծառայողներին հնարավորություն կտա ավելի բարձր տարիքում ևս մասնակցել ռազմական կրթական ծրագրերի ընդունելությանը։
Միաժամանակ ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների ընդունելության կարգը կհամապատասխանեցվի 2025 թվականին ընդունված «Բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության մասին» օրենքին։
Մասնավորապես՝ ռազմական կրթական ծրագրերը կհամապատասխանեցվեն բարձրագույն կրթության առաջին, երկրորդ և երրորդ մակարդակներին։ «Հետբուհական կրթություն» ձևակերպումը կփոխարինվի «բարձրագույն ռազմական կրթության երրորդ մակարդակ» հասկացությամբ, որը նախատեսում է ռազմական կրթական ծրագրով ուսումնառություն՝ համապատասխան ոլորտում գիտական աստիճանի շնորհմամբ։
Որոշ ծրագրերում կներառվեն նաև մարտավարական և ռազմավարական որակավորումները։ Ընդունելության կարգի առանձին դրույթներում զինծառայողների հետ միասին կնշվեն նաև իգական սեռի քաղաքացիները։
Նախատեսվում է հստակեցնել նաև ընդունելության արդյունքների բողոքարկման կարգը՝ սահմանելով, որ որոշումը կարող է բողոքարկվել դատական կարգով։
Նախագծի ընդունումը լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցներ չի պահանջի և պետական բյուջեում փոփոխությունների չի հանգեցնի։
Որոշումն ուժի մեջ կմտնի պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից։ Նախագծի հանրային քննարկումը կշարունակվի մինչև օգոստոսի 12-ը։
