Թաիլանդում 22-ամյա Դիանայի և նրա 17-ամյա եղբոր՝ Ռոմանի սպանության գործը շարունակում է մնալ հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Դեպքը մեծ արձագանք է առաջացրել ոչ միայն ռուսական համայնքի, այլև թաիլանդական հասարակության շրջանում, որտեղ բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ պահանջում են մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ կիրառել առավել խիստ պատիժը։

Ռուսական aif.ru-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ փաստաբան Մարիա Յարմուշը նշել է, որ գործը գտնվում է Թաիլանդի իշխանությունների հատուկ վերահսկողության ներքո։ Նրա խոսքով՝ իրավապահները կարճ ժամանակում հայտնաբերել են կասկածյալներին, իսկ այժմ շարունակվում է ապացույցների հավաքագրումը, որպեսզի գործը փոխանցվի դատարան։

Փաստաբանը կարծում է, որ դատավարությունը կարող է ընթանալ արագ, քանի որ դեպքը մեծ հասարակական արձագանք է ստացել և վերաբերում է նաև երկրի հեղինակությանը՝ որպես զբոսաշրջային ուղղության։ Նա չի բացառել, որ մեղավոր ճանաչվելու դեպքում մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ կարող է կիրառվել Թաիլանդի օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված ամենախիստ պատիժը, սակայն վերջնական որոշումը կայացնելու է դատարանը՝ քննության արդյունքների հիման վրա։

Մարիա Յարմուշի գնահատմամբ՝ դատական գործընթացը կարող է ավարտվել համեմատաբար կարճ ժամկետում, եթե բողոքարկման բոլոր փուլերն անցնեն առանց երկարաձգումների։ Միաժամանակ նա ընդգծել է, որ նման գործերում վերջնական պատժի կիրառման ժամկետները կախված են դատական ընթացակարգերից և օրենքով սահմանված գործընթացներից։

Միևնույն ժամանակ քրեագետ Միխայիլ Իգնատովը կասկածի տակ է դրել այն վարկածը, թե սպանության շարժառիթը եղել է կողոպուտը։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ հանցագործների գործողությունները, այդ թվում՝ մոտոցիկլետի ապամոնտաժումն ու թաքցնելը, չեն համապատասխանում սովորական ավազակային հարձակման սցենարին։

Փորձագետը չի բացառել, որ սպանությունը կարող էր նախապես ծրագրված լինել և կապված լինել անձնական կամ ֆինանսական հակասությունների հետ։ Սակայն նա ընդգծել է, որ դրանք միայն վարկածներ են, և իրական շարժառիթները պետք է պարզվեն պաշտոնական քննության ընթացքում։

Նույն տեսակետն է հայտնել նաև Պատտայայում բնակվող բլոգեր Սվետլանա Շերստոբոևան, որը նշել է, որ կողոպուտի վարկածը բազմաթիվ հարցեր է առաջացնում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ կարող են վկայել, որ հանցագործությունը եղել է նախապես կազմակերպված, սակայն այս պահին դրա վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական եզրակացություն չկա։

Թաիլանդի իրավապահ մարմինները շարունակում են նախաքննությունը, իսկ գործի վերջնական հանգամանքներն ու մեղադրյալների պատասխանատվության չափը կորոշվեն միայն դատարանի կողմից։
