Ինչպե՞ս ազատվել անցանկալի մազերից տնային պայմաններում

Մարմնի վրա ավելորդ մազերը երբեմն այդքան էլ էսթետիկ տեսք չեն ունենում: Դրանցից ազատվելու համար բազմաթիվ միջոցներ կան:
Դեպիլյացիան հեռացնում է մազերի միայն մակերեսային հատվածը, ուստի մաշկը կորցնում է հարթությունն արդեն 3-4 օր հետո: Էպիլյացիայի դեպքում մազերը հեռացվում են մազարմատի հետ միասին, ինչի շնորհիվ մաշկը հարթ է մնում մինչև 2 շաբաթ:
Մարմնի յուրաքանչյուր հատվածի համար գոյություն ունեն մազահեռացման տարբեր մեթոդներ` կախված մաշկի զգայունությունից:
Դեպիլյացիայի ամենատարածված միջոցն ածելին է: Հաճախ այն օգտագործում են առավել զգայուն մաշկի դեպքում: Ածելուց օգտվելիս մի մոռացեք ժամանակին փոխել ածելու գլխիկը, որպեսզի այն չբթանա: Դա թույլ կտա խուսափել անհարթությունից, ինչպես նաև կտրվածքներից և գրգռումից: Ածելու հետ միասին օգտագործեք սափրվելու լավ քսուք: Այն կլավացնի սահումն ու կպաշտպանի մաշկը վնասվածքներից: Սափրելուց հետո օգտագործեք բալզամ, որպեսզի խուսափեք մաշկի գրգռվելուց: Կարելի է օգտագործել նաև քսուքներ ու բալզամներ մազերի աճը դանդաղեցնելու համար:
Եթե սափրումը շատ է գրգռում մաշկը, ապա օգտագործեք քսուք դեպիլյացիայի համար: Այն հաստ շերտով քսեք մաշկին 15-20 րոպեով, բայց ոչ ավել: Քսուքը քայքայում է մազերի մակերեսային հատվածը, ինչից հետո հնարավոր է հեշտորեն դրանք հեռացնել պլաստիկ հարմարանքով: Դեպիլյացիոն քսուքից օգտվելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է համոզվել, որ ալերգիա չունեք: Դրա համար քսեք այն արմունկի շուրջը և սպասեք 15 րոպե: Եթե ամեն ինչ լավ է, կարող եք օգտագործեք քսուքը:
Մեծ հռչակ է վայելում նաև մեղրամոմը, որը լինում է ինչպես սառը, այնպես էլ տաք վիճակում: Մեղրամոմը տաքացվում է և քսվում անհրաժեշտ հատվածին: Վրայից տեղադրում են կտորե շերտը, հարթեցնում և արագ շարժումով վեր քաշում մազերի աճին հակառակ ուղղությամբ: Պրոցեդուրան ցավոտ է, բայց բավականին արդյունավետ:
Մեղրամոմով էպիլյացիայի այլընտրանք է շուգարինգը: Տվյալ պարագայում մեղրամոմի փոխարեն օգտագործում են կարամել:
Առանձին մազերի հեռացման համար օգտագործում են պինցետ, իսկ ահա դրա ավելի քաղաքակիրթ ու արդյունավետ տարբերակը էլեկտրոէպիլյացիան է: Դրա համար օգտագործում են հատուկ սարք, որի վրա տեղադրված են 16-32 էլեկտրական պինցետներ: Պրոցեդուրան բավականին ցավոտ է, բայց միայն առաջին անգամ: Եթե այն հաճախակի անել, կդադարեք զգալ ցավը: Էպիլյատոր օգտագործելու համար մազերի երկարությունը պետք է լինի առնվազն 5 մմ, որպեսզի պինցետները կարողանան դրանք քաշել:
