Կան մի խումբ մթերքներ, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարող փչացնել ձեր կազմվածքը, եթե անգամ դրանք ուտեք գիշերային ժամերին:
- Մեկ բաժակ մածուն քնելուց առաջ: Եթե քաղցած եք, մեկ բաժակ մածունը լավագույն լուծումն է: 100գ. յուղոտ մածունը 56 կիլոկալորիա է պարունակում, անյուղը՝ 30 կիլոկալորիա: Հետևաբար` գիշերը մեկ բաժակ մածունը կպարունակի համապատասխանաբար 140 կամ 75 Կկ:
- Թուրինջ: Համեղ է, օգտակար և չի վերածվում ճարպի: Այն ունի այսպես կոչված կալորիականություն, այսինքն օգանիզմը թուրիջի մարսողության վրա ծախսում է նույնքան էներգիա, որքան կալորիականություն այն պարունակում է:
- Մի կտոր թարմ արքայախնձոր: Դա իհարկե շքեղություն է, որը միշտ չէ, որ կարող է ձեռքի տակ լինել, սակայն հիանալիորեն հագեցնում է քաղցը և ունի ցածր կալորիականություն:
