Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սարիկ Մինասյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով խորհրդարանում իր հետագա վարքագծին, հայտարարել է. «Կարող է էդտեղ չհայհոյեմ, հանեմ դուրսը հայհոյեմ»։ Թեև այս արտահայտությունը կարող է առաջին հայացքից ընկալվել որպես հուզական կամ կենցաղային արձագանք, այն, ըստ էության, արտացոլում է այն քաղաքական մթնոլորտը, որը կարող է ձևավորվել առաջիկա խորհրդարանական գործունեության ընթացքում։

Հատկանշական է, որ նման հռետորաբանությունը սահմանափակված չէ միայն առանձին պատգամավորներով։ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ ընտրված Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն իր ելույթում, մի կողմից, խոսում էր ընդդիմության հետ հարաբերությունները «զրոյական կետից» սկսելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, իսկ մյուս կողմից նախազգուշացնում էր, որ հակառակ դեպքում ընդդիմությունը «կստանա այն, ինչ նախկինում է եղել»։ Քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսները նման ձևակերպումները գնահատում են որպես ճնշման և սպառնալիքի լեզու՝ ուղղված ընդդիմադիր ուժերին։

Past.am-ի գնահատմամբ՝ նման հայտարարությունները նոր երևույթ չեն, այլ վերջին տարիներին ձևավորված քաղաքական մշակույթի շարունակությունը։ Քննադատների կարծիքով՝ իշխանությունը հաճախ բովանդակային քննարկումները երկրորդ պլան է մղել՝ քաղաքական օրակարգը տեղափոխելով փոխադարձ վիրավորանքների, սուր հռետորաբանության, սկանդալների և լարված միջադեպերի դաշտ։

Այս մոտեցումը, ըստ բազմաթիվ դիտորդների, հնարավորություն է տալիս խուսափել առավել բարդ հարցերի քննարկումից՝ երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրներից մինչև քաղաքական պատասխանատվության թեմաներ։ Արդյունքում խորհրդարանական բանավեճերը հաճախ դուրս են գալիս քաղաքական առողջ մրցակցության շրջանակներից և վերածվում փոխադարձ մեղադրանքների ու սուր առճակատումների։

Այս ամենի ֆոնին թե՛ ղեկավար կազմի հայտարարությունները, թե՛ իշխանական պատգամավորների հրապարակային արտահայտությունները հիմք են տալիս ենթադրելու, որ գործող իշխանությունը չի պատրաստվում էականորեն փոխել իր քաղաքական գործելաոճը։ Ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները համոզված են, որ նոր խորհրդարանում ևս կպահպանվի նույն հռետորաբանությունն ու վարքագիծը, ինչն, իրենց գնահատմամբ, կարող է շարունակել հասարակական ուշադրությունը շեղել երկրի առանցքային խնդիրներից և ավելի խորացնել քաղաքական բևեռացումը։
