2026 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակի ընթացքում Քննչական կոմիտեի ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ընդուն­վել է 41.250 հաղորդում  (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 35.357, աճել է 5.893-ով կամ 16.6%-ով), որից 32.472-ով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 27.847, աճել է 4.625-ով կամ 16.6%-ով), իսկ 8.778-ով` չի նախաձեռնվել (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ` 7.512, աճել է 1.266-ով կամ 16.8%-ով): Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում Քննչական կոմիտեի ստորաբաժանումներում իրականացվել է 58.820 քրեական վարույթի նախաքննություն (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 56.814, աճել է 2.006-ով կամ 3.5%-ով):

Նշված 58.820 քրեական վարույթից 32.854-ը նախաձեռնվել է 2026 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակի ընթացքում (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 28.042, աճել է 4.812-ով կամ 17.2%-ով):

2026 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակի ընթացքում դատարան է ուղարկվել 9.910 քրեական վարույթ (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 6.111, աճել է 3.799-ով կամ 62.2%-ով), 11.078-ը կարճվել է (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 12.858, նվազել է 1.780-ով կամ 13.8%-ով), 9.154-ը հաշ­վառ­վել է (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 9.189, նվազել է 35-ով կամ 0.4%-ով), 4.499 քրեական վարույթ միացվել է այլ վարույթների (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 3.563, աճել է 1.552-ով կամ 43.2%-ով), 98 քրեական վարույթ ուղարկ­­վել է այլ նախաքննական մարմին (2025 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակ՝ 140, նվազել է 42-ով կամ 30%-ով):

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում նախաքննությունն ավարտված քրեական վա­րույթներով պատճառված վնասը կազմել է ընդհանուր 10 մլրդ 205 մլն 685 հզր ՀՀ դրամ, որից նա­խաքննության փուլում վերականգնվել է 3 մլրդ 165 մլն 49 հզր ՀՀ դրամը կամ 31%-ը: Արգելանք է դրվել 154 մլն 606 հզր ՀՀ դրամ արժողության գույքի վրա:

Բացի այդ, անավարտ քրեական վարույթներով պատճառված գույքային վնասից միայն 2026 թվականի ընթացքում վերականգնվել է 6 մլրդ 624 մլն 467 հզր ՀՀ դրամը: Անավարտ վարույթներով արգելանք է դրվել նաև 141 մլն 316 հզր ՀՀ դրամ դրամական միջոցների վրա, որից 137 մլն 316 հզր ՀՀ դրամը գտնվում է բանկում, իսկ 4 մլն ՀՀ դրամը՝ Դատախազության դեպոզիտում:

Այսպիսով, 2026 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակի ընթացքում ավարտված և անավարտ քրեական վարույթներով պատճառված գույքային վնասից վերականգնվել է ընդհանուր՝ 9 մլրդ 789 մլն 516 հզր ՀՀ դրամը: Բացի այդ, ար­գե­լանք է դրվել ընդհանուր 295 մլն 922 հզր ՀՀ դրամ արժողության գույքի և դրա­մա­կան մի­ջոցների վրա:
