Թուրքիայի իշխող կոալիցիան խորհրդարան կներկայացնի օրինագիծ, որը նախատեսված է հեշտացնելու Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության (ՔԱԿ) լուծարումը՝ թույլ տալով հազարավոր նախկին զինյալների վերադարձը երկիր։

Լուրը հաղորդում են պետական լրատվամիջոցները և իշխող կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները՝ ընդգծելով, որ նպատակն է վերջ տալ տասնամյակներ շարունակվող հակամարտությանը։

Օրինագիծը, որի որոշ մանրամասներ հայտնի էին դարձել դեռևս անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերին, վերաբերում է հյուսիսային Իրաքում գտնվող թաքստոցներից ՔԱԿ-ի զինյալների և քաղաքացիական անձանց վերադարձի կարգավորմանը։ Այն սահմանում է, թե ինչպես նրանք կանցնեն արդարադատության համակարգով և ինչպես կվերաինտեգրվեն հասարակությանը։

Ակնկալվում է, որ պատգամավորները այս շաբաթ կհաստատեն իրավական այս շրջանակը, ինչը կարևոր քայլ կլինի 1984 թվականից ի վեր շարունակվող ապստամբության ավարտի ուղղությամբ։ Այդ հակամարտության հետևանքով զոհվել է ավելի քան 40 հազար մարդ, այն խորացրել է ներքին տարաձայնությունները Թուրքիայում և տարածվել նաև Իրաքի ու Սիրիայի տարածքներում։

Թեև հասարակական հարցումները ցույց են տալիս, որ քաղաքացիների մի մասը կասկածում է, թե այս նախաձեռնությունը կհանգեցնի տևական խաղաղության, և զգայուն է նախկին ՔԱԿ անդամների Թուրքիա վերադարձի հարցում, օրինագիծը լայն աջակցություն է վայելում խորհրդարանում։

ՔԱԿ-ը, որին Թուրքիան, ԱՄՆ-ն և Եվրամիությունը ճանաչում են, որպես ահաբեկչկան կազմակերպություն, անցյալ տարվա մայիսին որոշում էր կայացրել զենքը վայր դնել և ինքնալուծարվել՝ ի պատասխան բանտարկված առաջնորդ Աբդուլլահ Օջալանի կոչի։

Կազմակերպությունը զինված պայքարը սկսել էր 1984 թվականին՝ սկզբում նպատակ ունենալով ստեղծել անկախ քրդական պետություն Թուրքիայի հարավ-արևելքում, սակայն հետագայում իր հիմնական պահանջները կենտրոնացրել էր ինքնավարության և քրդերի քաղաքական իրավունքների ապահովման վրա։
