Կոնվերս Բանկն ընդլայնում է համագործակցությունը թվային վճարումների համաշխարհային առաջատար Visa-ի հետ՝ հայտարարելով գործընկերության նոր փուլի մեկնարկի մասին, որը միտված է հաճախորդների փորձառության բարելավմանը և լոյալության լուծումների զարգացմանը։
Համագործակցության այս փուլը հատկապես կարևոր է Բանկի ռազմավարական զարգացման ներկա փուլում, երբ Կոնվերս Բանկը շարունակաբար զարգացնում է C360 էկոհամակարգը և Converse Mobile հավելվածը՝ հաճախորդներին առաջարկելով առավել անհատականացված և արժեքավոր փորձառություն։
Համագործակցության նոր փուլի շրջանակում Կոնվերս Բանկին հասանելի կդառնան Visa-ի առաջատար տեխնոլոգիական լուծումները և միջազգային փորձառությունը, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան շարունակաբար ընդլայնել C360 էկոհամակարգի հնարավորությունները, զարգացնել լոյալության գործիքները և հաճախորդներին առաջարկել հավելյալ արժեք ստեղծող լուծումներ՝ միաժամանակ ընդլայնելով նրանց փոփոխվող կարիքներին համապատասխան նորարարական ծառայությունների հասանելիությունը։
Կոնվերս Բանկի և Visa-ի՝ 2002 թվականին մեկնարկած համագործակցությունն այսօր ներառում է նախաձեռնությունների լայն շրջանակ՝ քարտային առաջարկներից և միջազգային վճարային ծառայություններից մինչև տեխնոլոգիական նորարարությունների, միջազգային փորձի և խորհրդատվական աջակցության կիրառում։
Համագործակցության նոր փուլը նոր հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում զարգացող տեխնոլոգիաների առավել լայն կիրառման համար՝ արտացոլելով բանկային ծառայությունների՝ ավանդական ֆինանսական շրջանակներից դուրս զարգացումը։ Visa-ի տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների և միջազգային փորձի կիրառմամբ Բանկը նպատակ ունի շարունակաբար ամրապնդել իր թվային հնարավորությունները և հաճախորդներին առաջարկել նորարարական ու նրանց կարիքներին միտված փորձառություն։
Այս համատեքստում Բանկը ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություն է համարում նաև Visa Consulting & Analytics ծառայությունների շարունակական կիրառումը։ Visa-ի միջազգային փորձի և լավագույն փորձառությունների հիման վրա Կոնվերս Բանկն արդեն կատարելագործել է Converse Mobile հավելվածում առցանց նույնականացման, հաճախորդների գրանցման և հաշվի բացման գործընթացները։ Համագործակցությունը նաև նպաստել է C360 հարթակի միջոցով հաճախորդների կարիքների և վարքագծի վերլուծության հնարավորությունների ընդլայնմանը՝ հնարավորություն տալով առաջարկել առավել հասցեական և անհատականացված լուծումներ։
