«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այսօր տեղի է ունենալու կառավարության հերթական նիստը, որի օրակարգում, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, ընդգրկված են նախագծեր, որոնց համաձայն, կառավարությունը նախատեսում է 320 միլիոն դոլարի վարկ ներգրավել։ 150 միլիոն դոլարի բյուջետային վարկ Հայաստանը նախատեսում է ստանալ Ասիական զարգացման բանկից, իսկ 170 միլիոն դոլարի վարկային համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի հետ։

«Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար, տնտեսագետ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը նշում է՝ դա պարտքի պլանային ավելացումն է։ «Այսինքն, երբ պլանավորած է 1-1,5 միլիարդ դոլար պարտք վերցնել տարվա ընթացքում, ըստ ընթացիկ ժամանակահատվածի, որոշակի չափաբաժիններով պարտքը ներգրավում են։ Մինչև տարեվերջ պետք է հասնեն 1,5 միլիարդ դոլարի։ Սա զարմանալի չէ, այս մասին արդեն գիտեինք։ Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ Եվրոպայից փող սպասելով՝ Ասիական զարգացման բանկից են փող ուզում։ Ակնհայտ է, որ դեպի Եվրոպա չեն գնում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության հիմնադրամն այլևս չի կարողանում ծախսերը սպասարկել, հրատապ պետք է անընդհատ պարտք ներգրավել, որպեսզի կարողանա ծախսերը փոխհատուցել։ Այդ գումարները ներգրավվում են ճեղքերը փակելու համար, ինչ էլ որ գրված լինի վարկերի ներգրավման համաձայնագրերի մեջ»,- ընդգծում է «Փաստի» զրուցակիցը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այս կառավարությանը «հաջողվել» է ընդամենը 8 տարում պետական պարտքը հասցնել ավելի քան 14,1 մլրդ դոլարի: Սա՝ այն դեպքում, երբ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից առաջ ՀՀ պետական պարտքը 6,9 մլրդ դրամ էր: Այսինքն, ութ տարում անհամեմատ ավել ի շատ պարտք են վերցրել այս իշխանությունները, քան նախկին բոլոր իշխանությունները միասին «մինչհեղափոխական» 28 տարում:
