Ինչն է տղամարդկանց անհանգստացնում սեռական հարաբերություններում

Մենք հարցում ենք անցկացրել 18-34 տարեկան տղամարդկանց շրջանում` փորձելով պարզել, թե ինչն է նրանց առավել անհանգստացնում սեռական հարաբերություններում: Զարմանալի է, սակայն գրեթե բոլորին հուզում էր նույն հարցը: Փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ինչպես է այդ մեծագույն վախն ազդում նրանց կարողությունների վրա, և ինչպես կարելի է օգնել ուժեղ սեռին այդ հարցում:
Պարզվում է, որ...
Իրականում տղամարդկանց առավել տանջող խնդիրը ոչ մի կապ չունի նրանց առնանդամի չափի կամ վարպետության հետ: Նրանց ամենից շատ հուզում է (ուշադրությո՛ւն) ժամանակից շուտ սերմնաժայթքելու խնդիրը: Այդ վախը նրանց հանգիստ չի տալիս: Օրինակ՝ պատկերացրու, որ քեզ չի գոհացնում սանրվածքդ: Դու կենտրոնանում ես բացառապես «անկարգ» խոպոպների վրա` ուշադրություն չդարձնելով արտաքինիդ մյուս դետալներին և չնկատելով, որ իրականում լավ տեսք ունես: Մոտավորապես նույնն էլ կատարվում է տղաների մոտ սեքսի ընթացքում:
«Տղամարդիկ ֆիքսվում են չափից դուրս արագ ժայթքելու վտանգի վրա,- պարզաբանում է գիտությունների դոկտոր, թերապևտ Մելանի Գրինբերգը: - Աղջկա հետ անկողնում հայտնվելու երջանկությունը վայելելու փոխարեն նրանք տարվում են «ժամանակից շուտ ժայթքելու» վախով, ինչը ստիպում է իրոք կորցնել վերահսկողությունն ու ձախողվել: Այլ կերպ ասած` փակ շրջանի պես մի բան է ստացվում. տղամարդկանց մեծագույն մտավախությունն իրականություն է դառնում հենց այն պատճառով, որ նրանք չափից շատ են կենտրոնանում այդ երևույթի վրա»:

Ինչպես նշում են մասնագետները, զուգընկերոջդ մտավախությունը թուլացնելու լավագույն միջոցը նրա ուշադրությունը շեղելն է: Երբ նա կենտրոնանում է այլ երևույթների վրա, նման մտավախություններն ավելի քիչ հավանական են: Ահա երեք տարբերակ դրան հասնելու համար: Նախ` նրբորեն մերսիր նրա մեջքը, ուսերն ու գլուխը սեքսի ժամանակ: «Զգայական շփումները հանգստացնող ազդակներ են ուղարկում նրա ուղեղին` ստիպելով մտածել, որ ամեն ինչ կարգին է: Ուստի նա սկսում է իրեն ավելի հանգիստ ու լավ զգալ»,- բացատրում է գիտությունների դոկտոր, սեքսոլոգ Բարբարա Քիսլինգը:
