1. Դեմքը հաճախակի լվանալն օգնում է վերացնել թարախաբշտերը:
Թարախաբշտիկն առաջանում է այն պարագայում, երբ քրտնագեղձերի պատերն իրար են կպչում: Դրան հանգեցնող պատճառները շատ են ու տարբեր և բժշկությունը դեռ չի կարող պարզաբանել դրանց մեծամասնությունը: Ուստի 2 անգամից ավել լվացվելն ավելորդ է: Այդպես դու կարող ես խախտել ջրային-ճաարպային բալանսը և հեռացնել մաշկի բնական պաշտպանիչ շերտը:
2. Դիետան կօգնի բուժել ակնեն:
Գիտնականները մի անգամ հայտարարեցին, որ որոշ աբորիգեն ցեղերի մոտ թարախաբշտերը բացարձակապես բացակայում են: Իսկ մաշկաբանները դրանից հետևություն արեցին, որ հավաքչությամբ զբաղվողների մաշկը ավելի առողջ է և սննունդն է մաքուր մաշկի գաղտնիքը: Գենետիկական կենտրոններն էլ վստահ են, որ հարցը ժառանգության մեջ է... Այնուաամենայնիվ, դրանք դեռ կարծիքներ են, առանց ապացույցների:
Առողջ սննդակարգը կարգավորում է ինսուլինի և հորմոնների փոխանակման գործընթացը, ուստի և նպաստում է թարախաբշտերի պակասեցմանը: Բայց խնդրի լուծում դա չես անվանի: Կան որոշակի սննդատեսակներ, որոնք քո օրգանիզմը դրական անհատապես չի ընդունում: Պարզապես եղիր ուշադիր քո օրգանիզմի տված ազդանշաններին. եթե, օրինակ, շոկոլադ ուտելուց հետո ամեն անգամ հայտնվում է նոր բշտիկ, ապա քեզ անհրաժեշտ է չափավորել, գուցե և բացառել այն քո սննդակարգից:
3. Սթրեսն է իմ բշտիկների պատճառը:
Սթրեսը ազդում է հորմոնների արտադրման գործըթացի վրա, ինչը և կարող է առաջացնել բշտիկներ: Բայց դա, ցավոք, չի նշանակում, որ եթե դուրս գաս սթրեսից, բշտիկներն ինքնուրույն կանհետանան. անհրաժեշտ է գտնել քեզ համապատասխանող տարբերակը դրանք բուժելու: Իսկ այդ հարցում քեզ կօգնի մասնագետ-մաշկաբանը:
4. Արևն ինձ կօգնի ազատվել բշտիկներից:
Եվ իսկապես, արևի տակ անցկացրած 10-30 րոպեները ( կախված մաշկի մգությունից` որքան մուգ, այնքան ավելի երկար կարելի է անցկացնել արևի տակ) կարող են օգնել ակնեի խնդրի դեպքում: Հատկապես, եթե բշտիկներն առկա են մարմնի մաշկի վրա:
Բայց հիշիր, որ երկար անցկացրած ժամանակը արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների տակ կարող է միայն վատթարացնել իրավիճակը: Արևային այրվածքների տեղը կարող են ավելի շատ բշտիկներ առաջանալ: Հնարավոր է նաև բշտիկների անցնելուց հետո մնան հետքեր: Արևահարվիր զգուշորեն, անգամ եթե մաշկի հետ կապված խնդիրներ չունես: Ապահով ժամերին գտնվիր արևի տակ. հիշիր այս ժամերը` առավոտյան մինչև 11-ը և ցերեկը 16-ից
