Ucom-ն ընդլայնում է միջազգային ռոումինգի հնարավորությունները

Ucom-ը շարունակաբար զարգացնում է իր ծառայություններն ու ցանցային հնարավորությունները` բաժանորդների համար լավագույն թվային փորձառությունն ապահովելու նպատակով՝ ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ երկրի սահմաններից դուրս։

Այս պահին Ucom-ի ռոումինգ ծառայությունները հասանելի են աշխարհի 167 երկրի 327 օպերատորների ցանցերում։ Ընկերությունը շարունակաբար ընդլայնում է նաև միջազգային 5G ռոումինգի աշխարհագրությունը․ Ucom-ի բաժանորդներն արդեն կարող են օգտվել գերարագ 5G կապից 62 երկրի 96 օպերատորների ցանցերում, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանում, Չինաստանում, ԱՄՆ-ում, Ավստրալիայում, Հնդկաստանում և այլ երկրներում։

2026 թվականի երկրորդ եռամսյակում արտերկրում ռոումինգ ծառայություններից օգտվող Ucom-ի բաժանորդների թիվը, առաջին եռամսյակի համեմատ, աճել է 29 տոկոսով, իսկ նրանց օգտագործած բջջային ինտերնետի ծավալը՝ 26 տոկոսով։ Միայն այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում Ucom-ի բաժանորդները Հայաստանից դուրս գտնվելիս օգտագործել են շուրջ 50 հազար ԳԲ բջջային ինտերնետ։

Ռոումինգ ծառայությունների օգտագործման աճին զուգահեռ Ucom-ն իր բաժանորդներին առաջարկում է տարբեր ծավալների uTravel ինտերնետ փաթեթներ ռոումինգում։ Մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ը uTravel 4 ԳԲ փաթեթից սկսած ցանկացած փաթեթ ակտիվացնելիս բաժանորդները կստանան էլ ավելի շատ ինտերնետ նույն գնով՝ 4 ԳԲ փաթեթի դեպքում բաժանորդները կստանան 4,5 ԳԲ, 6 ԳԲ-ի դեպքում՝ 7,5 ԳԲ, 9 ԳԲ-ի դեպքում՝ 10 ԳԲ համապատասխանաբար 4500, 6500 և 9500 դրամ արժեքով։ 

uTravel փաթեթները հասանելի են Վրաստանում, ԱՄԷ-ում, Եգիպտոսում, Հունաստանում, Կիպրոսում, Իտալիայում, Իսպանիայում, Մոնտենեգրոյում, Ալբանիայում, Թունիսում և մի շարք այլ ուղղություններում։

«Այսօր բաժանորդների համար կարևոր է պահպանել արագ և հուսալի կապը՝ անկախ նրանից՝ Հայաստանում են, թե արտերկրում։ Ռոումինգի օգտագործման աճը ցույց է տալիս, որ բջջային ինտերնետն արդեն ճանապարհորդության անբաժանելի մասն է դարձել։ Մենք շարունակաբար ընդլայնում ենք մեր միջազգային գործընկերային ցանցը, զարգացնում 5G ռոումինգի աշխարհագրությունը և առաջարկում այնպիսի լուծումներ, որոնք արտերկրում կապից օգտվելը դարձնում են պարզ, հարմար և կանխատեսելի»,– նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

uTravel փաթեթները ատիվացնելու համար  անհրաժեշտ է հավաքել *121# և ընտրել նախընտրելի փաթեթը: 

Ucom-ի լայնածավալ և բարձրորակ ցանցը շարունակում է արժանանալ նաև միջազգային գործընկեր օպերատորների և Հայաստան ժամանող նրանց բաժանորդների վստահությանը։ Արդյունքում՝ 2026 թվականի երկրորդ եռամսյակում Ucom-ի ցանցից օգտվող արտասահմանցի այցելուների թիվը, առաջին եռամսյակի համեմատ, աճել է 54 տոկոսով, իսկ նրանց օգտագործած բջջային ինտերնետի ծավալը՝ 93 տոկոսով։ Ucom-ի 5G ցանցն արդեն հասանելի է երկրի բնակչության 94․6 տոկոսին՝ ընդգրկելով Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերն ու գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքները, բացառությամբ՝ Դաստակերտի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ռոումինգ ծառայությունն անհրաժեշտ է ակտիվացնել մինչև Հայաստանից մեկնելը՝ Ucom հավելվածի միջոցով կամ հավաքելով *121#։
