«Արցախյան մշակույթի պահպանման կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը ստացել է պաշտոնական հրավեր՝ մասնակցելու Ավստրիայի մայրաքաղաք Վիեննայում 2026 թվականի նոյեմբերի 27–30-ը կայանալիք XVI International Christmas Choir Festival «Vienna Christmas Voices» միջազգային փառատոնին, որն անցկացվում է WOFA (World Festival Association)-ի և Վիեննայի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների համագործակցությամբ։

Փառատոնին Հայաստանը և արցախյան մշակութային ժառանգությունը կներկայացնեն «Արցախյան մշակույթի պահպանման կենտրոն» ՀԿ կազմում գործող «Արցախի ազգային նվագարանների պետական նվագախումբը» և «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» երգի-պարի պետական համույթը։

Համույթները միջազգային հանդիսատեսին կներկայացնեն հայկական երաժշտությունն ու պարարվեստը՝ որպես կենդանի մշակութային ժառանգություն, որը կրում է մեր ժողովրդի պատմական հիշողությունը, ինքնությունն ու ստեղծագործ ոգին՝ ընդգծելով մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման ու սերունդներին փոխանցման կարևորությունը։

Մասնակցությունը կարևոր քայլ է կազմակերպության մշակութային դիվանագիտության և միջազգային համագործակցության զարգացման գործում՝ նպատակ ունենալով միջազգային հանրությանը ներկայացնել հայկական մշակույթն ու արցախյան մշակութային ժառանգությունը։

«Արցախյան մշակույթի պահպանման կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ն վերջին տարիներին հետևողականորեն զարգացնում է իր միջազգային մշակութային գործունեությունը։ Այդ գործունեության ճանապարհին կարևոր փուլերից էր մասնակցությունը Իտալիայում անցկացված միջազգային ֆոլկլորային փառատոնին, որը կազմակերպվել էր CIOFF (International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Arts) միջազգային ցանցի շրջանակում՝ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գործընկերությամբ։

CIOFF-ը ժողովրդական արվեստի և ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման ոլորտում գործող հեղինակավոր միջազգային ցանց է, որը նպաստում է մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանմանը և ժողովուրդների միջև մշակութային երկխոսության զարգացմանը։

«Արցախյան մշակույթի պահպանման կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ն շարունակում է իր գործունեությունը՝ պահպանելու, հանրահռչակելու և միջազգային մշակութային հարթակներում ներկայացնելու հայկական և արցախյան մշակութային ժառանգությունը՝ խթանելով մշակութային երկխոսությունն ու միջազգային համագործակցությունը։

Կենտրոնը իրականացնում է ծրագրեր՝ ուղղված արցախյան ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանմանը, հանրահռչակմանը, միջազգային ներկայացմանը և մշակութային համագործակցության զարգացմանը։
